Got there a little late, 10:00 p.m., ordered wings half of them were cold. The drinks are extremely overpriced. Four drinks between the two of us and the wings set us back almost $80.

This is the cleanest hibachi spot in all of Hoke County! I am so happy I have a clean place to wash my hands!! The bathroom has paper towels! The kitchen is a open view and appears spotless. The price was completive with a mid range pricing. I haven't even tried the food yet, but just due to how clean this place is, it deserves recognition!

Went to Mikoto last night (Fri 4/26) for a birthday celebration. We put a reservation in for 7:30. Our entire party was at Mikoto by 7:10. At 7:25, we went to check on our table and were told that there was another party that was seated and we would be next. At 8:30 I went back to check on the status of our table and was told the table was finishing up and would be another 10 minutes. I explained to the host that I was very disappointed in the fact that we made a reservation for an hour prior and were still waiting. We were seated 10 minutes later. Things did not improve at this point. We were a party of 16, so we took up 2 tables. One table was waited on perfectly, got their soup, salad and drinks in a timely manner where as the other table got soup and nothing for another 20 minutes. Only one of the cook tops was turned on so one table had to wait until the other was already eating for their food to get cooked. All in all, a horrible experience and I will not be back. The bartender was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude as well when asked about appetizers while we were waiting to be seated and ordering drinks.

Called in to place and order and was hung up on and had to call back to place my order because the waitress “didn’t understand I wanted to place an order”Website listed steak and shrimp plate for 12.50 upon arrival I paid $30. I will not order from them ever again it was absolutely ridiculous. The 30 plate didn’t even come with a soup or salad.

Felt rushed after the chef was finished. I go to hibachi for the atmosphere and to enjoy the chefs skills as well as enjoy my meal after. The chef had just finished when staff brought to go boxes and kept sticking their head in every few minutes. Used to love this place. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. The staff seemed not to be in the mood to support the customer. Extremely disappointed, but food is still high quality. And chef was the highlight of the evening but could ot make up for rest of the staff's shortcomings.
I used to come to this place regularly because the food is good, but the servers and bar tender that’s there on Fridays have the worst attitudes and can’t even take my order correctly. They need to be trained on proper customer service. Until then, I’ll continue going to Miyabi’s.

Our family of 4 (2 adults/ 2 children) had a perfect hibachi experience. Even our picky eater tried new foods because the chef gave him little bites of nearly everything. I had the scallops & steak and my husband had the steak & shrimp- all were very good! You get broth, salad, and a few shrimp with your dinner. Kid’s meals do not come with salad. You also get both rice and noodles, which we loved because we didn’t have to choose. We recommend 100%, and we will be going back again!
