My name is Billy,... I'm a single dad, and me and my son came in, after I was having a horrible day, and I got excellent service from the staff. Hope, Calvin, and Angela, made me feel as though there are still good, genuine people that go above the normal customer service. I will definitely go back,... it's good to have somewhere to feel comfortable enough to enjoy lunch,... plus food's excellent.

So on 11/26/23 about 3pm, I arrived to obtain a scrumptious burrito. I have been to many locations across the country, but this was my first visit to the Fayetteville location. Greeted warmly (as in all locations), but the friendliness of everyone there was a notch above. The guy making my burrito made the best burrito I have had at a Moe's. The guy who was at checkout was also really, really kind. I'm not a fan of going through Fayetteville, NC, but I know if I pass through again and crave the awesomeness of a Moe's burrito, I know where I am heading. The staff should be commended (maybe a raise too). I apologize for not getting names, but Thanks for a fantastic visit!

This was my first time trying Moes and it was excellent. The guys on the line are friendly and chill. I experienced better food and prices than Chipotle. They also have the best queso(s) out of all the burrito chains. Dine in comes with free chips.

The food was not fresh, you could tell the food had been sitting out since they opened. Flies was everywhere. Did not taste good at all, i only tried it because i had 4$ off. Do not go, go to chipotle instead.
