TERRIBLE !!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!! When I first went there a year ago food was pretty good. There was alot of arguing coming from the kitchen but it was comical to me. I ordered door dash from the Reiley store 6 months ago and paid $70. They forgot a meatloaf plate, another plate had wrong sides, I ordered fried chicken dark meat plate and got 6 wings. When I called and spoke to the owner he was EXTREMELY rude. No refund, and whatever he did I am now blocked from using door dash. Went to the new location on hope mills rd. a couple of weeks ago because my wife wanted their meatloaf and there was no A/C, doors were open and tons of flies in the place with fans blowing. My wife said meatloaf was hard as a rock.... if I could give it zero stars then I would....

Long time customer big difference from when they opened until now it was good while it lasted but trust me it matters who’s back there cooking. This place went from one in a million especially because of the area down to 👇🏾 very quick highly disappointed ashamed to even post my last experience. I’ll never recommend or even look in this direction again.

I placed and order on doordash for the Pork chop plate. People listen: if you want some good comfort food (and dont feel like cooking it yourself for those who can) this is the place! Not only was my meal fresh, it was seasoned with love; to perfection! I highly recommend and will definitely eat here again! Bravo!!

I ordered food from here. My order was over $100 for my family. When our order arrived it was not right. We ordered collard greens did not get it we got lima beans or green beans in its place. We ordered Mac and cheese instead We got rice and a very bland gravy. The turkey wing was unseasoned as was the pig feet. I am very disappointed in spending so much money on food that was less than mediocre. This is the worst eating experience I have had since arriving in north carolina and I will never suggest anyone to eat here.

Quiet a lovely meal! Nice and hearty with a touch of southern love 💕 I was visiting and my local guide recommended this place to me. Maybe not for everyone but sure is for me. My best friend ticklesauce LOVED the food so much they turned into a Sasquatch!!! 10/10 environment peak and service ate down

I was a little disappointed with the food. The flavors was there but the mac n cheese was dry, the oxtails was more like a turkey wing and cabbage was bland. A little over priced for the food portions.

We got fried chicken and mac and cheese and I got chicken Philly fries and mac and cheese! The fried chicken was burnt and dry! The mac n cheese tasted like it came out of a box that off brand!! My chicken philly hardly had any meat!! The fries and the lemonade was the only good thing they had!

Went for a walk today around the new neighborhood, swung by the shopping center and saw the restaurant, LOVED that they have the menu on the door, I don’t always wanna come in and tell you I’m just checking you out. Saw the menu and it spoke to me. The menu is extensive, you’re gonna want it all.

I never went to a restaurant with such a rude cocky owner his customer service was trash the food was trash my aunt came all the way from New Jersey asking for chitterlings and rice potato salad and collard greens they forgot the rice and the owner insist that we didn't ask for rice amd was mad we came back for rice when it clearly states chitterlings and rice the greens was salty the potato salad had chitterlings juice in it and she got hog mogs instead if chitterlings I would not recommend this place to any one else that comes to NC looking for soul food

Where to begin with this, I had high hopes for this place that were shattered. Bathroom needed cleaning. There were cooking pots parked outside of bathrooms, did I mention that the bathrooms needed cleaning. The smell of old grease lingered in my clothes for hours. The smell was overwhelming. Admittedly we didn’t stay to eat anything. Shame, shame, shame!

I ordered off DoorDash. The brisket plate was the driest brisket I’ve ever had and why was it slathered in barbque sauce ? Everything else was decent but man, I just wanted some good brisket.

This food is tasteless, absolutely trash, and the fish plate advertises for 12 dollar but 20 dollars at the register. Fries fries uncooked and soggy. More flavors more like no flavors. A total waste of more.
