It is actually authentic. I was so surprised. I'm very picky and have been cooking for more than 35 years. There are rarely restaurants that make me want to eat more than one bowl of rice. If it wasn't because I was having dinner so late, I would've. The cabbage was sufficiently soaked so it was very crispy and sweet. The lamb was tender and didn't have too strong of a smell, but just enough for lamb lovers. juicy and tender. The flavoring for all the dishes...
Might be the best Chinese food in the state. It is the best Chinese food before Raleigh, for sure. I've lived in China and the authentic Chinese food is great (I recommend hot pepper chicken or spicy Sichuan boiled beef). If you want regular staples of American Chinese food, those are great, too (Mongolian beef with lo mien is my favorite).
Came to this place after a recommendation. Definitely will be back. This food was some of the best Chinese I’ve had, the food is high quality and handmade. If you come across this review, definitely take this as your sign to visit!!
