Nita’s was a weekly routine for me! Never disappointed me at all until recently I go in to get the same thing I always order 4 wings Mac and cheese and greens! Nita called 3 wings up! The nice lady in the front went to grab what was suppose to be my order. She looked at my ticket went back to the kitchen and said hey it’s supposed to be 4 wings! I guess Nita was over it that day! She said something to the extent as just give it to them! NO MA AM that’s not what I paid for. If you can’t handle the business GIVE UP the business! I’m just like any other paying customer in any other business…. I want wtf I paid for! So if it’s a busy night, prepare to get wtf you get not what you paid for

Great food but terrible service and they stay changing how you can get your food . Example : I wanted two sides of Mac which I always get . All of a sudden you can’t get double sides ? It’s annoying . My thing is atleast SUGGEST something like “ hey just put the two sides as Mac and cheese and collards then just get a side of Mac and cheese . Tell me what I CAN do . THATS good customer service . Plus the lady working the register ( who also takes my order ) isn’t bad but her attitude can seem like she’s annoyed .

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Ms. Nita and her staff (Huge shout out to Caroline) catered a special luncheon for our principal, Dr. Shanessa Fenner, at William T. Brown Elementary School. We were celebrating Dr. Fenner’s Principal of the Year win and it was also her birthday. When I say the food was INCREDIBLE…… it’s nothing but true facts!!!
Nita’s Kitchen did their thing!!! We are a tough team/family to please when it comes to our “chew”, and Nita’s Kitchen more than exceeded our expectations.
We had everything: The yams, the green beans, the rice and gravy, the beef stew and rice, the collard greens and the MAC N CHEESE!! There was NOTHING left!! We enjoyed every bit of it. I can’t say enough about how good the food tasted. Everyone is still talking about it and asking for the location of the restaurant.
Ms. Nita and Nita’s Kitchen, the staff of WTBES thanks you all for serving such a delicious meal and we appreciate you for going above and beyond and blessing us with such a flavorful experience.

While visiting family I stopped at Nita's Kitchen I ordered the hungry man meal it was about (15.00) it came with whole wings and 2 sides I chose collard greens and mac n cheese with a piece of cornbread (.99) and a banana pudding (6.00) be prepared to wait they cook your chicken to order but I didn't wait long about 10mins, but keep in mind they weren't busy at all it was about 5pm on a Wed. The chicken was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The collard greens could've been cooked a little longer but that's a personal preference and that plus the mac n cheese could've been seasoned a little better too the cornbread was good and the banana pudding had good flavor. I recommend that you check this place out if you're in Fayetteville when I go back to Fayetteville I'll definitely be going back here before I leave.
