The food was ok. Service was horrible. 2 tables in the restaurant. 1 was about to leave and the other was me and my daughter. Server came over took our drink order brought our waters took our order. She brought the food over and never saw her again until we were almost done. I had to ask for more water after being empty for 15 minutes. Mean time the other table is still dirty. 4 workers sitting in the corner at a table just talking away Service needs new training

My daughter and I have been to this location multiple times and tonight was just awful. The service is lacking big time. The waitress that we had came to our table four times. 1. Drink order, 2. Drop off drinks and obtain food order, 3. Bring the food. I had to get up and go ask for a box and the bill. 4. To give us the bill. I did call and complain and I was told tonight was her last night! If you want to be in the service industry then treat the customers the way you would want to be treated, PERIOD!! BTW I tip very well for good service even if the food isn’t that great! If I go back it will be a good while!!

I would consider myself a regular at this place, but I may have to find another spot. This restaurant is going downhill. I started ordering take out because of the wait to eat in only to find out hibachi takeout doesn't come with soup or salad. So I'm paying 25 for what I can get at Hibachi Express for $17. Not cool. Especially when the excuse is the soup and salad are something "to snack on" while you wait on your food dine in. If I want something to snack on, I'll order an appetizer. Don't like being cheated out of something that's included with the Hibachi meal at every Japanese restaurant I've ever been too unless labeled "express." Take out or no.

We used to absolutely love this place but now it is just not good. The food, if you eat in the resturant is delicious, if you order to go it is NEVER right anymore. Today I ordered hibachi, 2 rolls, soup, and salad. The only thing that was correct was the rainbow roll. The sushi was done and ready for pick up for 45 mins before my food. The other roll was completely soggy. I did not receive dressing for my salad and they completely left out the soup. They gave us 4 shrimp for a 26.00 steak and shrimp hibachi. They gave us one small spoonful of veggies. If this was the first time I would overlook it, but considering this is the experience the last few times we ordered, I thought i would save some people the trouble... if you are not going inside to eat do not order or prepare for a 1 hour wait and order your sushi after you get your food. Make sure you check your food as well. They give zero refunds.. only in store credit.
