Food is always great. The staff is always fast and friendly, especially Ms. Alice! I eat here regularly due to it being close to my job. We ordered lunch on our business card over a month ago and the receipt was misplaced. Ms.Alice went out of her way to find a copy for us. Thank you Ms.Alice and staff.

I definitely will not be eating here again. I ordered the pad Thai and had to ask for meat to be added which was extra. That is ridiculous to charge for such a vital ingredient that should have already been included in the meal. I got the meal to go and after getting home I find that there is no seasoning or sauce or anything to flavor the food. It was just the noodles, vegetables and the meat I had to ask for. This totalled over $17. I feel scammed.

Absolute dog. Loved the cashier but unless they fix their god awful noodles I can't be buttered up with that sweet southern charm. You could buy some lean cuisines and it would be about the same for $6.99 compared to $32.56. Tofu - trash Broccoli - mid (one might say still frozen) Service - delightful Cookie - splendid Pasta - dog Ambiance - alarming

We have been here plenty of times and always had an amazing experience. Customer service has always been so kind to us. However today we went at lunch time and a lady who didn't have a name tag at the register had taken our order, at the end we wanted to switch our rice krispy treat with a cookie, and my dad didn't know that in the combo you cant switch it so instead he asked the difference of the rice krispy and cookie so he could buy the cookie separately and the lady took the rice krispy from my dads hand and tossed it back on the rack with the other treats and tossed him the cookie walking away with an attitude. Obviously this person is having a bad day so my dad simply asked if everything was okay but this is something management should look into.
Food was made quickly and the service is another level. Thought I was in a super fancy restaurant. The manager is killing it.

I been to noodles company a few times in the pass and of course food is always delicious. I always got the Korean meatballs. I decided to leave a review because after my youngest tried their potstickers she wanted me to pick her up some more on the way home. We was greeted by a lovely lady by the name Jodine and when I returned she greeted me with the same smile and pleasing customer service. Sawyer was very nice as well. The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend this location. I tried something new the Zucchini noodles with grilled chicken and it’s amazing!!! I visit many places and this is by far the Best customer service I’ve receive in Fayetteville. I’m very satisfied ?
