Went today to get 2 chicken over rice. The portions were small and instead of a mixed salad, only received lettuces. Was highly disappointed because food and portion size are usually pretty good.

New York bodega in Fayetteville. If you lived in the city, love cart food, need to cure a hangover, or need to get everything you need in one place, this is for you. Chopped cheese is best I’ve found in NC. Bros behind the counter were great.

This was our first time and EVERYTHING was on point from the great customer service to the AMAZING FOOD!! We had the chicken and rice plate, the shrimp and rice plate, a lamb gyro, and a side of potato salad. It was roughly $35 for all the food and you get plenty!! We will definitely be back!

I love this place!!! I go here all the time for the Lamb or Chicken over rice. Reminds me of back home. The store is open till 11 but the kitchen closes at 10pm.

I placed an order through DoorDAsh and it was prepared incorrectly by accident. When I contacted the deli the owner he promised to remake and also delivered it HIMSELF ? . I absolutely appreciate how it was an EASY fix and the dedication from the establishment’s commitment to honor their word with customer satisfaction.I’m from up north so the food quality from NY HERO DEFINITELY MET MY EXPECTATIONS.
