Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

My experience at Old Chicago (Fayetteville) was great. The food is delicious. Conrad is awesome. One of the best waiters I’ve had in. Long time.

This was my first time at this place. The different kinds of pizza were amazing! I even loved the donut holes dessert! Will return for more! Great atmosphere with a Chili's feeling (bar, sports,)

My wife and I came to eat here because I was craving pizza we sat at the Bar and literally waited almost 10min and the bartender never came to greet us with only 2 other people sitting at the bar..
The Manager Kelly came in and saved the day. She took our drink orders and she made the drinks as well and they came out amazing. The bartender took our food order we ordered an appetizer and our main dishes. Mind you we waited and waited and the appetizer never came out. Our main dishes came out and we asked the bartender to just remove the appetizer from the bill because we didn’t want it anymore and Mr. Mike blatantly just said oh yea I never put it in.. Then Mike the bartender went to talk about my wife and I to his two friends that were sitting at the bar to the point where we could hear him. When our bill came we asked for a Military discount and the other manager Mike in the blue shirt sucked his teeth as if he didn’t want to apply the discount. Ms. Kelly is the real MVP she was really nice and personable. She deserves a raise because if it wasn’t for her our experience would have been awful. The customer service world needs more people like her. Thank you Ms. Kelly!!

Don’t order a thin crust pizza from here unless you like your pizza crunchy… good pizza for sure indeed….

I asked for an extra sauce with my calzone the employee said I would have to change it on instacart but I couldn’t and the manager said yes. I did not receive an extra sauce. Calzone was nasty.

Great customer service but the food is very mediocre

We had an excellent experience at Old Chicago Pizza in Fayetteville, NC thanks to our waitress, Alyssa. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s rare to find someone who stays on top of things without being overbearing, and she did it perfectly. Great service makes all the difference, and Alyssa definitely delivered. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

Very comfortable setting and our waitress was so sweet and very attentive to everything. The bartender was exactly the same. It was like they made sure everyone was more thank ok. Have not had that good of service or pizza in a long time. 👍👍👍👍☺️great food!
