I had the most incredible experience, last Good Friday at Skibo Rd in Fayetteville. I feel the need to share. I visited the restaurant this Friday with my son. A special day to celebrate for us. We walked in an there was no one to address to get bus a table. I saw a bar and thought,.oh well maybe I can sit anywhere. But still I asked a staff member (ended up being the manager). He immediately smiled, welcomed me and asked me to sit where I pleased. I took a spot on a corner. We we're the only ones sitting there. I was unnoticed by accident. After a waiting considerably enough, I decided to leave without asking for help. (I SHOULD HAVE!). The manager saw me walking put and he immediately came outside, excused himself and promised a great personal service. All the personnel there excused themselves with me over the mistake. They came with smiles and offered to pay the bill. They addressed the situation as a mistake. I feel they did more that amazing. I felt the ❤️ LOVE ABOVE EVERYTHING. We all make mistakes. He offered to pay the bill. I negotiated a 50% LOl. Honestly I left the rest there. They deserve more than that. I am greatful for the service and for demonstrating such professionalism at managing a customer care service. I will go again today. I will bring my husband to eat the place. Because in addition the food what ? yummy ? the Waitresses was the sweetest too. THANKS AGAIN!!

3/11 Ordered online and came in before 1230am, before ready time. Luckily, I didn't have to wait as long for my order compared to usual. When my food was brought out, there was a box of something i did not order with it- the host was about to bag it up but looked, i reminded him my order in detail (i had a pizza & kid meal), he opened it and it was a big salad. So he brought it out the kitchen incorrectly, with no kitchen ticket. Before he could leave to go fix it, a lady brings out a small container. He is opening up all the kids' meal containers. So part of my order was left out and with the wrong item initially.Poor customer service. There needs to be a new system and procedures for pickup orders, this isn't it, at night is definitely not it- there needs to be a real counter or hot station - or change one side of the host area to a real to go area with real organization. I do not like the way the food is handled- food sitting out or being opened up constantly for lack of host memory and no kitchen ticket for reference; orders incorrect; drinks just sitting out on a counter 15+min before food is brought out; no organizing and not handled safely or with care. You need to separate food delivery pickup somehow, it is increasing other paying customer's wait time when the delivery service orders are not even close to ready, but they are crowded at the small podium area.My personal pizza was acceptable, not really worth the money, at least it tasted okay and was warm, not hot. The macaroni cheese kids meal I ordered WENT IN THE TRASH. The pineapple juice does not come in a bottle, and the host made some excuse to refuse my note instructions to put "light ice" in it - it doesn't' specify if a bottle or not online. It was just sitting out on a counter when I walked in, getting warm. It tasted like water with watered-down drink mix - it couldn't have been real pineapple juice, but something you made at the bar. You need to take this off your menu and get bottle or box juice for kids meal. Since you refused to put ice in it, I don't see why it tasted like water- NASTY. The kids' macaroni cheese was dry, OLD, NOT FRESH, and was worse than store box brand. If the order was brought out the back and I arrived before ready time and still waited, why was the food old and not even hot? It was room temp at best. The kids side of broccoli & cheese was also NASTY it was the item that was forgotten that the lady brought out, and the only reason it was hot, and the only thing hot of the entire order. It had rubbery cheese that was on what looked like bag steam broccoli- wasn't fresh steam broccoli.Food is mediocre and not all that, a waste of $20. They must be going for the beer - same at Buffalo Wild: mediocre food and poor customer service. The majority of the reviews are about the bar or bartenders. Money better spent at Wendy's, cookout, or McDonald's for late night. I've never eaten in, but the to go isn't good every time I've ordered it - half the items just acceptable at best.
