We stopped here on the way home from Florida. We were worried bc the reviews were bad. Where things were not as bad as the reviews stated, nothing made this place stand out. But our waitress great and very attentive. Unfortunately we don't remember her name.

I wish they took reservations. The call ahead program is crap. I called ahead and they didn't have my call ahead reservations. Big group of twelve from out of town and they didn't show us as having called ahead.
Took my boys for their first Olive Garden experience and they didn’t disappoint! Whenever I ask for my steak to be medium rare it is not often I get it cooked perfectly, Olive Garden nailed it! The spinach artichoke dip was creamy and amazing! The breadsticks my boys absolutely loved! Everyone went home so full and with plenty of leftovers. The servers were polite and kind. Our drinks stayed filled and our food came out quickly!

I don’t normally leave reviews… but this location earned it. Horrible customer service, and cannot open on time. The girl who opened the door clearly had an attitude and should not work on a customer service oriented business.

Arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 am when they open.. the door was still locked. A server came outside to hand food to someone else and knocked on the door to get someone else to open the door to let her back in (since the door was locked). The manager let her back in. I asked her “what time do you open” and she said, “ right now” and shut the door and kept it locked. Leaving 15 plus people outside waiting. Terrible customer service and shameful representation of the business. The manager and that server should be fired.

If you have 2 hours for lunch then this is a great place. Lunch menu is perfect but it seemed everything took so long to come out. We got there at noon and we were our waitress' first table. I disliked that we had to wait to get more to drink after we got our food. That was frustrating. What was worse was in the women's restroom, the hand soap was on the wall, between the mirrors about 6 feet from the floor, above the sinks! That is NOT accessible for a handicap person. There was no other option, I looked. I actually left upset because of this. No soap to wash my hands.

Waited 30 mins for some excuse for calamari, waitress had no service skills , this is why people don’t enjoy chain restaurants anymore , there is no quality standards.

Placed a large to-go order for a sports team and the whole process was easy. Pick up was quick and I even had someone help me to my car. Ian is THE MAN, he said he’s been there 3 years and I love hearing that in food service because turnover is normally HIGH. Will be back to sit down and eat
