We have gone here since 2001. But for the last 4 years, it has absolutely gone downhill. The food is sub-par, hit, and miss. If you place your order to go, you are guaranteed to wait far past your pick-up time for food, and things will be missing. This last time was our last time. Absolutely so bad that we threw both meals out and contacted management, which we usually ONLY do for a place when we want to give them thumbs up! We spoke to Jeff, who turned out to be an area manager who was there to figure out what was going on at this location. We had a very nice exchange, and we shared the good and the bad. Sadly alot more bad the past few years. He offered to reimburse us and did so. Was very sorry and very unhappy to hear of our experience. I hope he can get some good help in there before this place goes under because it's clear that On the Boarders time here is coming to a close which would be unfortunate.

We were just here and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. While we sat, another couple came and was served immediately. I guess we were the wrong color to be there. Update: I just went to the website that was given to me. , surprise surprise it doesn't work. I am not writing this review for you, I am writing it to warn other minorities. I first thought that this was just a one-time thing until I started reading your reviews. Read them and see what they have in common.

I haven’t eaten here in years. But I was pleasantly surprised when my sister and I ate lunch here. All of the food was great. Chips were fresh and the service was excellent.

Terrible food and service!!! Had steak and chicken fajitas, steak was tough and very poor quality, chicken was overdone and dry. Servers was very slow and extremely rude. Will NEVER return!!!!!!

Pretty terrible experience. I would not go back here. I dont expect great service anywhere nowadays but this was pretty bad. Our server (I think the name is Autumn, that’s what on the recent but she never said her name so she could have been using a different servers login) was very unpleasant. Rarely looked at us while talking, would respond with an answer before we would finish, and very short. We ordered a corn dog for our daughter which came out literally still frozen. I actually didn’t want to mention it because I felt like she would mess with our food. The entire experience felt like we were bothering her by being there. She was also very short and rude with my elderly grandparents who were having trouble reading the menu.

Absolutely DELICIOUS food! I got the grilled chicken bowl and the stuffed fried Jalapeños and am so satisfied. Very flavorable, good quantity, and good prices.

The tortillas are made on site. The corn chips were just right.Vegetarian options: Salad with portobello mushrooms.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff were amazing, checked on me every so often to where it was not intrusive but refreshing that they remembered. I ate outside and the area was clean and inviting. I truly recommend this place!!Parking: Plenty of space if they were to get crowded
VERY RUDE LADY that worked behind the bar tonight. This is not the first time that she was rude to delivery gig drivers and other customers. I walked into the restaurant towards the register to retrieve my order and she saw me but acted like she was so busy then attended to customers in my face and turned her back towards me while I'm standing there waiting while my order sat there. Then another girl comes in the front entrance and walks over towards the bar to pick up her order. She acknowledged her but only chose to acknowledge me when I started to look really angry and then was so petty by handing the girl her order first and telling her thank you while giving her eye contact but looked away from me upon handing me my order and just walked away while I said thank you.IF I EVER HAVE ANOTHER EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AGAIN, I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.

Not sure if they’re under new management or what but it’s HORRIBLE. Ordered to go and spent about $50 in total and one order was wrong, whoever made the drinks didn’t even give me the right drinks and didn't secure the lid and it spilled everywhere when I went to drink it so there’s a drink gone then they gave us frozen salsa…literally a waste of money. Worst part is they weren’t even busy. Probably won’t be back and it was our favorite place.
