I don’t like to leave reviews but your customer disservice lady at the front really earned you this one. I ordered take out from here, brought it home, my kids got through almost the entire plate when we found a nice serving of sautéed hair in the chicken. No one here has straight hair. We paid 50 something dollars for everything and I thought to myself this is a bit more upscale restaurant who cares about their reputation and customers so I should get a refund for this. I called and the lady that works the front counter started questioning me with an attitude saying oh it was just on the bowl, they just didn’t notice it, what color hair and what length as if she was about to do a forensic examination on the hair, and even said you already ate the food how did you find it now? when I had just told her the hair was in the food on the bottom of the bowl. She never even had the decency to apologize. Am I supposed to inspect every piece of food before I eat it when I just paid you 50 dollars trusting that my food is going to be made in a sanitary environment? Is that how this works? If she wasn’t rude trying to argue I would have taken a refund for just the plate but since she has a terrible attitude I asked her for a full refund or I am going to the health board and she straight up hung up on me. If I wanted to eat hair I could go lick the floor at a barber shop for free. This is up there in the worst customer service I have experienced and im not a hard person to please. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.

The service is usually terrible. I was there Friday to dine in for sushi with my daughter, and the staff forgot about my table for 30 minutes, instead boxing up my food for takeout and letting it just sit there. Doing so ruined my roll, and the manager still charged me full price and didn't even apologize. The 15 yo waiter apologized, but who cares at that point. As a long time (former) customer, I'm just going to Harris Teeter for sushi next time.
The rest of the staff was just hanging out at the bar the whole time, never smiling, never helping. Bad vibes this past Friday.

I always enjoy the sushi here. Place is really clean and everyone is courteous and professional every single time we've had dinner there.
Slow Thursday night. Bar was a mess and covered in random stuff. Looks like they cleaned out cabinets and never cleaned it off? Server was nice. Table had crumbs on it when we got sat. Music was horrible. Food was good as usual but they are really letting the inside of that place go. Its starting to look a little unkept and rundown.

Drowing the sushi in mayonnaise is a crime. Why? I ordered a spicy salmon. When I got home, so much mayonnaise was on it. I didn't even eat it. The quality of the food here is subpar.

I love going here to eat! The people are so nice and the food is beyond delicious! We loved it so much that this is where me and my sister celebrated our birthday! My brother, who is a picky eater, loves eating here too, they even give him kid chop sticks so he feels like he's an adult!

The man who waited on us and the chef were both wonderful. But the owner serves very low quality food. So overpriced and auto gratuity for 4 people is ridiculous. Me, my husband and two boys feel unwell after eating. They overcooked the meat, it was so small and thin so wouldn't of been hard to do. The veggies were still raw and there was zero seasoning on anything. The resturant also did not look clean.
