January 4, 2025, 6:45 PM. Seems like call in and online orders are more important than in-person orders here because I was standing there at the order counter for 3-4 minutes before an "employee" asked me for my order. They didn't take my order until about 7-8 people got in line behind me.
I asked for the "bigger plate" meal, which consists of 3 entrees. She asked if I wanted all 3 in the tray with the rice! They never do that. There would not be enough room for all that in the tray. Otherwise, my order would have been a bloody mess or just short-changed on my food. Someone needs extra training. I said no, I will have 1 entree in a separate container. "Which one do you want in the separate container?" I'm not going back to this place due to the incompetence of their staff. The location in town on Raeford Road is much better.

Worse customer service in Fayetteville which says a lot. I love Panda Express but will never be going back to this location. The employees clearly hate their jobs and hate the customers in general. Corporate needs to go clean this location up and hire people who actually want to be there. I don’t see how these people still have jobs with how they conduct themselves, their poor attitudes, and horrific treatment of the customers. I can’t stress enough to just not go here at all, go anywhere else.

No meat in my order. It's 8:00 and you run out of most of the menu. You tell me what you have left, I order that, but there is no meat in it. I paid for meat entrees.

i am a homeless man with 3 children. i stood on the corner for 18 hours today scrapping up enough money to feed my kids. i checked the local restaurants off the malls free wifi and saw panda was open until 10:00. at 9:14 we had arrived. before we even got to the door one of the employees ran to the door and told us they were closed 15 minutes early. now i have to figure out something else for my kids. this service is absolutely unacceptable and i don’t understand why they would do this to us.

Very disappointed with this. I was busy all day with work and it was only 9 and they said they were already closed and wouldn’t let me and my family in the door to eat when the door was still unlocked. I don’t expect much but something better than closing the door before 9:30 should not be allowed.
