This place is terrible . The food is good but the service is trash ! i mean you can almost 100 percent count on your order being messed up ! i just placed an online door dash order for pick up . They messed my order up and required me to bring back the old food so the could remake the new order . Weird because never in my life have I seen a restaurant take food back . I guess she thru it away .. Point is Panda Express is an American staple been going here since I was a kid in NY . This location gives Panda Express a terrible reputation! The staff isn’t equipped to run the restaurant if we are being honest ! When I pulled in to get my food they had about 9 people bunched up just standing around the kitchen! I’m honestly surprised this location has lasted thus far . Welp that’s my honest review . The restaurants down here need a revamp ! You need more qualified workers . This isn’t the old North Carolina , you have a bigger volume of customers you have to be able to meet that need ! Thats it for now !
Do better employees , its okay to have pride in your job and want to do things rights !

January 4, 2025, 6:45 PM. Seems like call in and online orders are more important than in-person orders here because I was standing there at the order counter for 3-4 minutes before an "employee" asked me for my order. They didn't take my order until about 7-8 people got in line behind me.
I asked for the "bigger plate" meal, which consists of 3 entrees. She asked if I wanted all 3 in the tray with the rice! They never do that. There would not be enough room for all that in the tray. Otherwise, my order would have been a bloody mess or just short-changed on my food. Someone needs extra training. I said no, I will have 1 entree in a separate container. "Which one do you want in the separate container?" I'm not going back to this place due to the incompetence of their staff. The location in town on Raeford Road is much better.

Worse customer service in Fayetteville which says a lot. I love Panda Express but will never be going back to this location. The employees clearly hate their jobs and hate the customers in general. Corporate needs to go clean this location up and hire people who actually want to be there. I don’t see how these people still have jobs with how they conduct themselves, their poor attitudes, and horrific treatment of the customers. I can’t stress enough to just not go here at all, go anywhere else.

i am a homeless man with 3 children. i stood on the corner for 18 hours today scrapping up enough money to feed my kids. i checked the local restaurants off the malls free wifi and saw panda was open until 10:00. at 9:14 we had arrived. before we even got to the door one of the employees ran to the door and told us they were closed 15 minutes early. now i have to figure out something else for my kids. this service is absolutely unacceptable and i don’t understand why they would do this to us.
