Customer service is terrible! I would never return. The first visit, I let it slide because I understand everyone has off days. So I tried again today and the lady at the front is just rude! She didn’t greet me upon walking up outside to get my food (today or my first visit) and never said thank you! A thank you goes along way. The food was just as bad as the customer service.

I order here quit often and my order is always correct, delicious, and food is always hot. Delivery never takes too long and if they do they will make sure to tell you how long it will be. I definitely recommend.

Chinese food and the setting at this spot is great. a favorite evening place of mine. looking forward to returning with my coworkers. it has a nice atmosphere. food is similar to a cafe in portland i loved.
The Practical One
Normally not bad food, but the last two times delivery has taken forever. Today I ordered around 12:30 and around 1:30 the driver called me and told me he was running late, now at 2:30 I still don't have my food and I called Panda House. They said he will be their in 15-20min. Panda house is about an 8 min drive from my house. I have no idea what they are doing over their but delivery needs to be fixed, cause it is absurd for someone to wait this long when they are told 30-40min for their food. Finally got my food at 3:00, and all I got was a sorry. Most likely not ordering from here again, and I have been using them since I moved to NC, but their delivery system is terrible and they never update you when their is problem. Food was also barely warm. Never again!
