Terrible experience at this location. My wife made a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru for an hour. When she finally made it to the window, they said that they did not have her food. Instead of waiting longer for them to make it, she politely asked for a refund. The worker stated they had to get a manager, rolled their eyes at her and slammed the drive thru window. She was able to get a refund and was told they were having problems with their system, but that is no excuse to treat a customer, especially one that had been patiently waiting an unreasonable amount of time.

Kyle was great! My husband and I came in together and couldn't find the kitchen sink cookies, he pointed it out and even paid for it for us! He told us save the money for the holidays. He was so sweet, his service was superb - it truly made our day.

SLOW RUDE SERVICE! Left me at the window after I waited 10 mins behind one car at least. I’m just picking up a drink. I should have been handed my drink next. I literally had to get off after waiting in drive thru just to get a Pepsi for my drive to Raleigh. Now 20 mins behind. Thank you.

Last time I visited a Panera, I ordered a sandwich, which was way too small for what they charge, and I got really sick. That was a few years back. I met up a friend at this Panera (she insisted) and I ordered the only thing that I was hoping was not going to make me sick, a plain salad. Well, it had way too much dressing, as you can see from the pictures; so much dressing that the greens started to cook in the acid. I only drank plain water, because if they don't clean the ice machine often and correctly the ice can make you sick. So, that salad was the source! If you have an iron stomach, go ahead and eat here. At least, the bathroom was clean!

Only ordered a drink with my sip club subscription through the drive though. Asked for no ice. I was in a rush so when she handed it to me I didn’t notice but it was full of ice. It frustrates me because it was rung in correctly on the screen, and repeated back to me correctly. People need to make sure they are thoroughly reading tickets. It should not be my job to check after the employees. Not that it matters why I asked for it that way, but I have incredibly sensitive teeth and now I cant drink the only thing I ordered, as well as not having time to go grab a new one. Maybe I just have bad luck but every time I come to this location my order gets messed up.
Went here with my family. My son-in-law and grandsons delivered our food to the table, got our drinks. Unfortunately there were 2 ladies in the restaurant that you could plainly see they were sick, runny noses, coughing up, and sat down 3 tables from us, I Unfortunately had to go to the restroom and didn't realize that I followed the one lady who appeared to be the most sick, into the bathroom and I came back to my home state with COVID!! Thank God my immune compromised daughter and her family didn't catch this. Please people if you are sick, order your food for pickup or delivery. Stop getting rest of us whom are healthy not to catch your icky germs.

This location allows what appears to be homeless people to hang out in the eating area ALL DAY and ALL EVENING. There is one individual who is there everyday from opening to closing. He takes up the largest table in the dining area. He plays online games and is very load and disruptive. The management team say that they cannot ask him to leave…unbelievable. Paying customers have to endure that while trying to enjoy a meal. Where is the COMMON SENSE???

I paid for the sip club and every time, the wait at the drive thru is 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Twice got so fed up waiting, went inside to get it. That ALSO took 20 minutes and they couldn't even find my order both times. This place is some BS. There's hardly anyone inside at all. They're not busy, just incredibly slow and incompetent. Also the food is insanely expensive. You can get a much bigger and better meal almost anywhere else. 10 bucks for a tiny salad. $5 for a tiny swallow of soup. What a joke.
