My husband ordered me the South West Chicken Ranch Salad. My chicken was not in the bowel. So basically paid $13 for lettuce and a little bit of dressing. Very disappointed as this is not the first time this location has messed up my order. I will not be back this time.

Had a tuna salad sandwich. It was edible. Way too much mayo,it leaked all over kept falling apart. Very soggy sandwich. Tuna my wife makes at home so much better, it doesn't fall apart, doesn't leak everywhere. And tastes MUCH better than

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolute worst service. Ordered my fiance and I's food at 7:30 p.m. for delivery. 2 hours go by, I call the store multiple times until someone answered. I don't know if it was the manager or a worker but he told me the food is ready they were just waiting for a driver. 30 minutes go by and i check the app and it says the order/delivery was complete, which was a lie. I call multiple times again until someone answered after business hours, this time some lady answers. I tell her what the issue is with our food she hangs up. I call back multiple times again, this time getting the manager. I explain our food still hasn't been delivered and ask for a refund. At this point it's 9:40 p.m. won't be eating here again and I hope corporate gets involved. Garbage service at its best.

We ordered our food via the website for delivery at 730 pm and it is 917 pm and we have not received our food. We also called at 830ish asking if out food was on its way and the guy that we talked to said that they were waiting for a driver. We are very upset about this. This is not how food or customer service should be handled.

I ate here the other night. They were super busy because of the snow so I appreciated that they were open. I ordered a sandwich and a soup and the soup was cold so cold that the cheese they put in it didn’t even melt. It was just floating in there. But I didn’t have a microwave so I just ate it cold which turned out to be a terrible choice because when I tell you I got sick.. I got sick. I woke up around 2 o’clock in the morning awfully sick. I got food poisoning from Panera and I know for a fact it was from here.

Ordered pick two French onion and grilled cheese. Neither were appealing or flavorful. French onion didn’t appear fresh and was over salted. The croutons were stale. Just a bad meal. Again the French onion seemed old and rewarmed from days.

This was the most welcoming, warm, and extravagant dining experience I’ve had in a while. Not only was the food fantastic, but from the second I stepped through the door I was treated like family.

The image online and their commercials had me compelled to order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Please refer to the pics and you can clearly see why I will not visit this establishment again.
Yall this Panera... they are very close to the soccer fields so it is convenient after games so we are here often. They have NEVER gotten an order correct, so we always have to check the bag and go through the line again to get what they missed. They are also out of bread bowls each time we've been. Sandwiches are often missing ingredients, and the service is incredibly slow. The negative reviews about this location are spot on. Corporate needs to check in on this place as it is certainly driving people away from your brand.

OK Panera on Ramsey, you guys need to get it TOGETHER!! I’ve ordered 3x in the past 10 days and every single time my order was wrong. The first time I went they only had cinnamon and blueberry bagels. I ordered toasted bacon egg and cheese on blueberry bagel. I got a someone else’s order apparently and didn’t know until 30 minutes into my drive. Second time was a few days ago. I ordered the same thing but on an everything bagel. I got a sesame bagel once again not toasted. This morning on my way out I ordered just an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and asked for it to be spread since I was driving. I had a feeling it was not on my bagel, pulled into a spot and spread the cream cheese myself. Common sense if you're in drive thru your customer needs it on the bagel. The bagel was not good at all. Cashier Madison just handed food out and said nothing. This place is too expensive to be consistently getting my orders wrong, waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes and rude employees!

Let me start off by saying I normally like Panera bread. However, the chipotle chicken avo melt I picked up today was TERRIBLE. There was no part of the meat I could eat. It was VERY undercooked! I tried calling the restaurant but no one picked up so figured I'd share my experience here and hopefully they read it and do better.
