Super long a$$$$$$ weave hair in my one year olds soup. disgusting and not safe at all. not my first issue with this panera or panera in general. Your ceo is a lobbyist who helped pass a bill that every fastfood EXCEPT YOURS gets a legit pay. So, I suggest you all quit.

I have used my Panera app for years and I actually love Panera well the one on skibo. This one…. Not so much everytime I use my sip club they treat me like I’m stealing ??? I give my name and number so they can pull my sip club and they always say something to the nature of I guess I’ll just trust you . Well if they do they’re job and actually put in my number they would see they don’t have to “Trust” me (side eye ) I’m sure I have the look of someone who would steal a sip club (side eye ) anyway that sip club will be discontinued and I won’t be back to any location .

I don't take the time to review a lot of restaurants but I'm so annoyed. I went to this Panera location at around 3:00-3:15 PM ET on 12/6/2023. I ordered my go-to, which includes two customizations. The guy making my order was loudly and repeatedly judging my customizations, and then proceeded to get one of them wrong. It was rude and completely uncalled for.
