My problem is with this place is I made an order before close of business and due to what Anaya the person I talked to said their trained to close up 10-15 minutes before their store hours say. And apparently they stop taking cash payments contradictory to what their AI website options offer. Something thing should change so Iâm rating 1 stars seeing how they acknowledged but refused to take my order.

A pizza place that runs out of pepperoni...what?!?!?! Im a restaurant gm and that is plain ridiculous. Got beef instead and there was barely any on the pizza. Got wings too and I got all flats...who wants all flats? The cheesy bread was more like a cheese pizza with no sauce, cheese didn't go all the way to the edge...so much of our dinner was inedible. I've managed papa John's before, your customers deserve better than what this location has to offer. Do better yall...it's pizza, it's not that hard.

The delivery driver is hunched over the counter, on the customer side, mindlessly scrolling instagram. He never moves out of the way, he never looks up. The cashier just casually walked away. Other workers in the back wouldnât look at me, or take an order either. This place could make a lot more money if it employed people who wanted to take customerâs money.

Oder from here quite often as itâs close to my job, easy and convenient on the nights I canât cook. Food always tastes good, friendly staff always greet me right away, but the crust is often disappointing. Could use some work on proofing the dough properly. Papa johns is known for their fluffy, airy, puffy dough but the crust is always flat, thinner than it use to be and just not the same. The papa johns crust has always been a staple for the company but every time I order here itâs never the way itâs suppose to be.

I ordered pizza online for delivery and they had it as pickup I asked for refund they said they would but that was a lie it never got refunded from a customer that has ordered here several times I will never again

The garlic parmesan breadsticks were undercooked and came out looking more like a hotdog with mustard. When I asked for them to be fixed, I was told I was wrong. I requested they be remade to match the photo, only to be told theyâve never looked like that. I explained that theyâve looked different every other time Iâve ordered them, but was told this is how they âalways are.â I asked for a refund and was told it would take two to three business days. Mistakes happen â thatâs understandable. Itâs not cool to gaslight the customer.

The driver of this car who works for Papa Johnâs is very rude and drives reckless. I was on Boone Trail in Fayetteville. This Papa Johnâs driver came speeding up behind me. Boone Trail is on 35mph he was doing 50-55. He swerved up behind me blew his horn, almost hit me and my 4 yo. Then he switched lanes as he was driving past he was yelling at me. He couldâve been cursing at me but his windows were up so I couldnât hear. Once he got side by side with me he flipped me off. I would never order from here if this is the kind of people you hire. I donât want to worry about this kind of person showing up to my house.
