Ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon, green peppers, and mushrooms. The crust came out better than another location I usually go to. However, the 3 toppings are not evenly distributed, which is disappointing. Each slice should have all 3 toppings on top, but this is not the case here.

This place is a hot mess. All the employees are fooling around watching music videos. They prematurely click the order is ready through the app when it absolutely is not. They’re consistently late because they’re too busy talking to actually get your order ready. They also have terrible hygiene where they are touching their phones, hair, you name it. Inspector needs to get in here ASAP to assess.

The only got 1 star because that’s the only way I could leave this review. This young lady keep whipping her hands on her jeans after touching the dough and then reaches in her pocket and starts texting and didn’t wash her hands and continue touching the dough and other ingredients. I told the manager what happened and she act like she is scared to talk to the girl and haves another person tell her to wash her hands. Will never come back here again!

I had an incredible experience with Papa John's for my fight party! The pizza was not only delicious but also a total hit with my guests. The crust was just right, the toppings were fresh, and the overall quality was superb. The wings were a knockout as well!A special shout-out to the amazing staff who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Never Order from here. Especially at night.No uniform for pizza just freestyle dough and ingredients. Double ? bacon and Pepperoni. ? NO MEAT !! I DIDNT ORDER OLIVES , ANOTHER SLICE HAVE SAUSAGE. MY FAMILY DONT EAT CRUST ON PIZZA OR BREAD .. SO BASICALLY 2 BITES ..No customer service. I guess they rather have robots making pizzas , boxing pizza , and putting stickers on boxes . Seriously, 3 orders over the last few months. Every one of them had the extra garlic sauce missing I paid for. Tonight not only was the extra sauce missing, but the sauce one of the pizzas was supposed to come with was missing. And if that was not enough, the banana pepper toppings were missing on my wife’s pizza.Called the restaurant and the manager took $15 off the order which I believe was fair, but I will not be spending any more money here. My inlaws who’s house we have ordered this to better start liking Mellow Mushroom….

I was confused by my order so I called roughly 5 minutes (definitely less than 10) after placing it, the “manager” on duty had such an attitude and told me she couldn’t do anything because the driver already left with my pizza but I called at 8:01 and it’s 8:46 now, I live 5 minutes from the store and it hasn’t gotten here yet so clearly that was a lie too. I definitely threw a fit after receiving so much attitude and I shouldn’t have but I was just trying to understand my total and she was being a complete jerk for no damn reason
