Papa Johns Pizza

I am the only customer in their store right now and waited seven minutes for one of the three employees to acknowledge me. Even then, it was only because EYE spoke up. I’m just in town visiting my nieces and nephew, but this customer service experience is trash. I live in Atlanta, so that’s saying a lot. I gave an extra star only because the lady who actually took my order was nice.

Great service! I placed a large order the night before. Everything was delivered as ordered 15 minutes before the delivery time, and they threw in an extra pizza too. Thank you for going above and beyond for a wonderful experience!

Guy at the front counter completely overlooked me and took multiple other peoples orders as I was standing there and he knew I was there because he glanced at me a few times. I believe race was a motivating factor. Then once everyone left he finally addressed me and of course my order was ready and I looked and it was missing an and ingredient and instead of making it again he just went in back and added it. Don’t go here.

These are the most beautiful garlic knots and cheese sticks ever ???????????. I get so disappointed when I get them from other places and they’re lacking cheese or the yummy sauce on the garlic knots. God bless yall

Not sure about all the negative reviews that were posted before this one but my experience was the opposite of all that. I received good customer service and my pizza was 100% what I asked for. I would go again.

Far away from what I ordered. Was in rush to return it, disappointed.. Usually Im getting best pizza Papa John’s in my town but definitely not here.

When you call hit #5 and talk to the manager she will give you 50% off your order if you are a veteran.

We have ordered many times over the years and stopped for about 6 months and came back. HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We received pizza with no sauce, went to store, waited 40 minutes and got pizza with no sauce once again. Manager was too busy to be bothered. Boneless wings are dry with only a pinch of sauce. It's not Rocket Science to prepare a pizza folks!!

This is the only Papa John’s that I’m aware of that is extremely slow! When you walk in it takes them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge you. Then they tell you for at least 20 minutes that it will be ready in 5 minutes. Come here only if you don’t care for waiting at least 30 minutes.

Pizza is usually good but the rest a C- it doesn't matter what shift I go, it's NEVER ready and average another 10 minutes wait time on top of what's already been 20. And it never fails...Hey I know you see me standing here. Can you at least acknowledge you know it to? The managers will speed by you with their own pizza in hand, not say a single word and go on out the door. I don't know why but this always shocks me
