Very friendly staff. And the manager was seen coaching employees on how to work when I was there waiting. I really appreciate seeing this because it shows great work ethic. Best Papa John's I've ever been too!

My food was hot on point and ready on time. Even with the manager dealing with a large order she and her employee managed very well. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful pizza, Compared to other places it makes my food look so delicious I will be definitely coming back to this place.

I had just recently ordered delivery and forgot to remove some toppings from the pizza. A girl named Desiree helped me get it sorted out. Unfortunately when I got the pizza the order was wrong so I called back. I felt aweful doing so but being pregnant I gotta have my food the way I want it 😅 when I called back Desiree hooked me up without hesitation and got the pizza made correctly. This girl is a blessing with amazing customer service skills. It’s people like her that give me hope.

I can not believe at 11:37pm on October17,2024 I was refused service because using my normal speaking voice I asked for a menu and this caused the PapaJohn representative to say I had an attitude and threaten to call the Fayetteville a police Department and refuse service.

When I don't have much time for cooking, I use their app to order. Today was a horrible experience. I kindly asked the manager, Chelsea to remake the pizza because it didn't look right. She then threw the pizza and it hit the rack loudly. It was then I decided that I needed to wait inside for the remake. She told me I could wait in the car but I wanted to stay inside to make sure it was made correctly. She got upset and repeated herself and told me to wait in the car. I told her "either let me wait for it or I'm going to need a refund." She then proceeded to give me a refund which wasn't my intentions. I just wanted a decent pizza. Now I don't feel this is a place to go anymore if management can behave in this manner.

I can honestly say I had such a pleasant experience at this location. I ordered a pizza online and mistakenly removed the wrong pizza out of my cart, when I got to the location I noticed that the pizza was the opposite of what I needed. I spoke out loud to myself about it and the employee (Chelsea) heard me, and asked if everything was okay. I told her I made a mistake and chose the wrong pizza, she asked if I needed a replacement, and assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue for her to make another in a decent time. She did exactly that and both pizzas were AMAZING! I couldn’t wait to get to my destination so I grabbed a few slices in the car while I was driving and it was still piping hot. I am very pleased with the service I received.

We ordered the Cheeseburger pizza and when I tell you it was AMAZING!!!!!! KUDOS TO THE CHEF! Our whole was fresh and hot!!!

Ordering "deals" from the app was a breeze. Our pizzas were ready in such a short time. It's hot, fresh, yummy, and lots of toppings. Crust is a perfect combination of crunchy and soft!

Triple check your orders from here. First time I was compensated, but the second time I was told by a girl named Desiree I had to bring it back before they could make a new Papadia which still came out burnt and had to be returned again! She had no idea what she was doing and was trying to answer for the manager when it came time to compensate for their mistake. She should not be answering the phones or assisting anywhere near the front. Her attitude was unprofessional.
