WORST PIZZA EVER. Extremely dry. Very few toppings. Horrible customer service when you call them back. The 1st pizza was so bad at glance that i refused to bring it into my home. 2nd pizza was almost as bad and reluctantly accepted it due to kids being hungry. I tried to order pizza from somewhere different than my regular places just to try something new and seeing their commercials and it was a major mistake. I am too frustrated to go into details but I strongly suggest not to order from this location. WORSE PIZZA IN TOWN.

1/16/24 6:17pm-7:17“Manager” had an attitude After I called attention to the fact that my pizza was burntSince I had to wait on new pizzas,(15 MORE mins after I had already waited 30)I asked if I could get more wings or something for the inconvenience Since they would now be cold and he totally dismissed my request and walked away and said noLong story short, I will not be ordering from this one again. I will go over to the new one on Cliffdale. Even though it is out the Way

On 12/28/23, I ordered a pizza from this location and an easy mistake was made (sausage was accidentally substituted for beef.) I called the store as soon as I realized the mistake abd a brand new, correct pizza was brought out to me in less than 30 minutes. Now THAT is customer service! Reilly Road Papa John's, GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!

I called my order in. I ordered a shaq a roni with banna peppers,green peppers and jalapeño peppers. My wife picked it up. I opened it and I had a cheese pizza with all the topping I ordered. I called and drove 15 miles back to the store to get the right one. I ask the manager what can she do to compensate me for my extra time and gas. She said there was nothing she could do not even an offer to just give me something for my trouble. I will never buy anything from another Papa John's pizza.
