Before you order from here, call and check their staffing at the time! We have had such inconsistencies with our food having literally 4 pieces of a topping before, sporadic cheese, so much sauce one time we threw away a pizza.
Also, they sometimes use DoorDash to deliver to you even though you're in their delivery zone. Like tonight, I've spent the last ten mins watching our order go I t he opposite direction from the store which is even further away from where we live. The. I have to update the "track your order" and now my delivery time has adjusted 9 mins longer. For people who have children or dogs this is SERIOUSLY INCONVENIENT. Like why do I even tip people anymore. This isn't just stupid, it's down right unprofessional!!!

I've been getting delivery from this location for several years now. This place used to be alright. Last few months it's really gone downhill. Don't know if they changed managers ir if the employees just don't care/know how to read, or what l, but they apparently can't even send you what you ordered. Twice now I've ordered NY style and it is not.

This is by far the worst establishment we ordered some wings from there online they sent us a completely different order. I called them yesterday. I was told I would get a redo, but a redo never came call today and spoke to the manager over the store. she was very disrespectful And because one of her workers said that they would give us a credit for new wings and not a manager, she could not help me.

It is a shame that Haley is a manager. She is the most rude person and has absolutely zero respect for customers. She kicked me out of the store for recommending them putting a sign on a sitting space meant for pizza - after she yelled at me for sitting there. She needs retrining ASAP!

This chain use to be good for what it is. But this was a waste of a night for pizza and a waste of $50! Go to the store and get the ingredients to make your own or buy frozen it’s way better. The sauce is so bitter and cheap it gave us heartburn smelling it on the way home. They think they have “New York style” they don’t have any clue what that is a small pepper shouldn’t be half the size of a slice and the crust was flat and dry. It all tastes old cold and just blah. Thank goodness I had homemade shrimp scampi leftovers in the fridge cause this was a waste of time money the drive. The workers were polite though at this location. But the pizza is a mess.

Ordered a large pizza carryout last night and went to a house party, only to find out that the pizza was not properly made. Half of the pizza was folded in the box, not flat and I called the next day to complain, requesting a reorder. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and refused to remake my paid order. This location makes disgusting food, the customer Service is horrible and I strongly recommend anyone to go its competitor or just simply make your pizza. Also, do a quality check of your order BEFORE leaving. This Papa Johns location doesn't deserve a star. I will not be returning and I'm telling all my family and friends the same.

Such a smooth process. I ordered online, went inside once I got the notification that our order was ready. We were very pleased with our food. I just wish there was a little more sausage on our sausage pizza. The topping was a bit sparse.

We didn't go to Papa John's, Google. There is a Sports Clips beauty shop right there, and the child got a haircut. The only handicapped spot, is just to the right of Papa John's.

Wasn’t too happy when we received an order of undercooked jalapeño bites. Gave the store a call and Monique was super understanding, having someone deliver another order within 30 minutes. Things like this happen, but Monique’s response definitely made the overall experience with this Papa Johns much better!
