Ordered a large pizza carryout last night and went to a house party, only to find out that the pizza was not properly made. Half of the pizza was folded in the box, not flat and I called the next day to complain, requesting a reorder. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and refused to remake my paid order. This location makes disgusting food, the customer Service is horrible and I strongly recommend anyone to go its competitor or just simply make your pizza. Also, do a quality check of your order BEFORE leaving. This Papa Johns location doesn't deserve a star. I will not be returning and I'm telling all my family and friends the same.

Such a smooth process. I ordered online, went inside once I got the notification that our order was ready. We were very pleased with our food. I just wish there was a little more sausage on our sausage pizza. The topping was a bit sparse.

We didn't go to Papa John's, Google. There is a Sports Clips beauty shop right there, and the child got a haircut. The only handicapped spot, is just to the right of Papa John's.Parking: The handicapped spot is shared bt Papa John's and Sports Clips hair salon next door.

The cheese pizza I ordered was hot but I definitely should have asked for extra cheese because I tasted more bread than anything else. Lesson learned for the next time I order.

Wasn’t too happy when we received an order of undercooked jalapeño bites. Gave the store a call and Monique was super understanding, having someone deliver another order within 30 minutes. Things like this happen, but Monique’s response definitely made the overall experience with this Papa Johns much better!

TERRIBLE location. On 15 December we ordered delivery, and when it arrived an 8 piece wing was missing from the order. We called immediately and they promised to refund the card, however we never received the refund.I went back again today, 13 January to give them a second chance and do a pickup. None of the staff were wearing masks or gloves at all, and we were missing some of the additional add-on items to our order. I watched the employee reach with his bare hands into an entire bucket of pepperoncinis, grab a handful and throw it into some foil for us.Although this place is close in location, we will absolutely never be coming here again. They have proven to be unsanitary and incapable of filling orders correctly.

I will NEVER order from this location again. I ordered a pizza thirty minutes before close expecting to at least be told my order would not be available to me if it wasn’t. I was told it would be delivered to me in 30 minutes. I waited up an hour and thirty minutes just to have money taken from my account and no food. I will be calling tomorrow and contacting corporate. This is unacceptable. Absolutely poor customer service.
