The cotton candy with creme is so good! My daughter loves the princess one that is blue and pink with purple sprinkles. The employees are very polite and the establishment is very clean. You can also spend $20 to get $25 “pelican” bucks and spend it as their cash and their prices are very reasonable. They also have a point system that is very good.

Very professional and nice . This is a spot for the kids for a summer time treat. I would say that it is exactly like New Orleans but it hits the spot. There are so many flavors to try that you may never have the same thing twice unless you want to. Become a kid again even if it’s just for an hour and try this place out. Definitely will be back, sad that it’s a seasonal item.

Now you're probably wondering why I did not give everything 5 stars I haven't tried everything there yet but what I have tried takes really good so the star rating will go up as I get more acquainted with the place by the way they have all types of shaved ice and even ice cream.

There was one guy, with a beautiful sole patch, mustache, and smile, who served EVERYONE who came in within the hour and a half, running back and forth and back and forth. Very proud of him but I think they could either pay him double whatever he's making or just hire two people.
I absolutely love Pelicans. I love it so much I wish I could own my own. Then snow cones are delicious. They have so many options with fun toppings. I love the cream or evaporated milk. I never would have thought it would be delicious on a snow come, but it is. Fun sweet treat for them while family.
