I recently tried the rum cake from Pepy Cakes in Fayetteville, NC, and it was really good. The cake was moist, flavorful, and had just the right balance of sweetness with the rum flavor coming through nicely.
Pepy cakes did an awesome job on the cake for my wife’s birthday. I showed them a picture of her favorite cake which is a unique chocolate raspberry one from a bakery in her hometown, and on short notice Pepy cakes whipped it up and it was delicious! No other bakery was willing to try to make it but Pepy cakes knocked it out of the park! I recommend for anyone looking for a birthday cake!

Best cupcakes I have ever had. I had 2 of the biscoff red velvet cupcakes 😋😋 red velvet pecan pie cupcake😫🥰 and the sweet potato pie cupcake 😭😍😍😍😍 every single one of them are to die for. Very moist, not too sweet, very delectable. And she has to many more flavors!!! Customer service is very good as well 😃 I have to come back for that red velvet pound cake!!
We came all way from South Carolina to get her strawberry cake and Oreo cake we also got some cupcakes too. Everything is very delicious.. everything with fresh.. love it 💕💕

Ive been here a few times and I really like the place. Customer service is good and the variety of sweet treats is nice. I’ve tried the sweet potato cupcake, peach cobbler cupcake, snickers cupcake, Oreo cupcake (not all in one visit). My absolute fav is the peach cobbler cupcake and then the sweet potato cupcake. Oh and I’ve tried the apple pie poundcake and the chocolate chip cookies. Both were good but I wish the cookies were made with brown butter and walnuts. Just my personal preference. The poundcake was moist.
Although it is a bakery it doesn’t smell like fresh baked goods. I would recommend maybe burning bakery scented candles. Oh and posting the flavors of the day on social media.
