I have been to this establishment twice now and each time was a great experience. I was a little skeptical at first because I was overwhelmed by all of the many choices. Kalon assured me that I was in good hands and recommended the grilled chicken baked potato with a half and half tea. To say it was amazing is an understatement. It was the best baked potato I have ever eaten and my food was given to me with a smile and hot to the touch. This establishment gives off a family vibe and I will take my kids next visit just wish we could dine inside

Food is delicious and plentiful. They have vegan options so my wife and I can eat together here. Also the spoons fit in the container in case you have to come back to it later.

my mom loves this place she lives in Tennessee I told her we have one in Fayetteville she said you need to try them so we did and I was pleasantly surprised something so different and fresh I love the petro original I added jalapenos to give it a little spice the cucumbers in the vinaigrette and the sweet tea this place was awesome I will spread the word it is delicious can't wait to go back

Best chili and hotdogs you'll ever have!!!! I travel from outta town once a month and all I look fwd to is being able to eat here, which is a must. Food and employees are AMAZING! I wish there was one in Maryland where I live so I could drive thru on a more regular basis. In particular Kalon is OUTSTANDING and definitely an asset to the franchise. Bravo!!

SO GOOD! Not only is the food good but it's good every time, never disappoints. We had Kalen and his customer service was superb! I always get the original petro, the tea is really good and I don't even like iced/sweet tea.

First time at Petro’s for myself and 3 others at work who ordered lunch. It was delicious and everyone was satisfied. Order was accurate and priced right, staff was pleasant and friendly. The only problem was I ate way too much!

Husband and I decided to try Petros we were pleasantly surprised not only was the drive thru worker polite the food was really tasty and visually appealing. I wish I would have taken a picture but didn't think about it until the food was gone. We ordered Petros chili and chips and a hot dog. Hot Dog was awesome.
It was surprisingly good! I’ve been skeptical of this place as it’s never busy, but I was so hangry and decided to try it! Chili was delicious! The Fritos ate the bottom of the chili were a pleasant surprise, I liked the crunch! I would like to suggest a ground Turkey option! That would be wonderful. I tried the chicken chili petro style and it was delish!

Got the order wrong. Did not repeat it at speaker. Told us to drive to the window. Then when we got to the window and we find out the order was incorrect. We let the young lady know the correct order. She was very rude and told she heard the order as such and such. I told her no I’m sorry but we orders this. She then closed the window went to talk to someone and came back and said it’s $19. We paid and got our food. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. ***The highlight is the chili was COLD and goopy like when it comes out of a can unheated. It was if they spooned they chili cold into the cup and put the toppings on.If you go here and they get your order wrong, DON’T COMPLAIN. Or you will get COLD CHILi TOO. The place is never busy. Wonder why?

First time coming here. Parking lot is stupid but the Chili is good and the guy was helpful.I got the pulled pork chili with fritos, it tasted really good. The size was huge. The jalapeños were more flavorful than hot, which I like. They put the Fritos at the bottom so they got all mushy. Could've used more pulled pork and I needed some crunchy so I got another bag of Fritos to eat with it. We ate in the car in the "park N dine" spots... I would recommend for a lil snack but just a note it gave me the bubble guts.

EDIT because of some of the other reviews I read… there are multiple menus before and at the speaker detailing exactly what is offered and what you are getting… You can’t be mad about not getting something that isn’t offered. Second, you don’t need to add hot sauce. They offer jalapeños to add and they add A LOT for no extra charge, so I’m not sure why you’re complaining about no spicy option. Thank you guys so much for opening a location here in Fayetteville. I love the food so much
