We came on Friday night and I ordered the cavatappi with Ala vodka sauce an added chicken to it, my wife ordered chicken Parmesan The food looked good, but the chicken on the chicken Parmesan was not done, they did bring it back, correct but by that time, my wife had already eaten all of her spaghetti that goes with it and it just kind of spoiled the meal. My food was fine, but my wife’s food was not. it certainly was not terrible in the garlic knots are awesome but it wasn't the perfect night for the food not to be done correct

We had a group of 6 walk in the restaurant on a Saturday when they were busy and sat us within 5 mins. The greeter to the server (Milana) were fantastic. Milana was super attentive and explained the specials so well I ordered the Warm Apple Cider Wine and it was absolutely delicious. From the caprese to the Chicken Picatta was delicious. The garlic knots were so so amazing as was the tiramisu was to die for. We came in from Chicago for the holidays and and local restaurants and we will definitely be back. Thank you Pierro's for making our trip that much more special.

I ordered a medium-rare steak, and it came out well-done. They were kind enough to remake it, but it took about 15-20 minutes. The new steak was very fatty, excessively so, and had large sections of gristle. For $40, the quality just wasn’t there. That said, our waitress was great and handled everything professionally. The other food was delicious and we really enjoyed the sides and appetizers. No complaints at all there.
Overall, I appreciate the effort to make it right, but the steak itself wasn’t worth the price point this time. Respectfully. 🥩✨😊

My husband and I first came to Pierros during Covid and they were the only restaurant open. Since then whenever we travel from up north back home to Florida we always stop to eat. Every time the staff was pleasant and professional and the food excellent. Tonight Mariah was our server and she was wonderful. Great job!!
