Tried to go back & forth with me about my order when I wrote online exactly what I wanted but when I said I was calling corporate,” oh I can remake your food but who wants to eat food being made from people who just gave you a hard time. This is NOT the 1st time I’ve had to deal with the sarcasm & nasty attitude from the manager either.

First time purchasing anything from this Pizza Hut.1.) They put ingredients in my pizza I did NOT ask for.2.) A soda I ordered was not in my order and the delivery driver had to come twice to provide it.3.) The gratuity I included for the driver was "NOT INCLUDED" according to the receipt.Will not use this or any other Pizza Hut ever again.

Very rude white lady in the front she said she was “on of the managers” we came in to ask about the menu and she yelled for another “manager” while we were talking to her and was making nasty faces, we left the store and our friend went in and she said she “kicked” us out…. Sounds racist to me. We came in around 130/ 2P and nobody was there so not sure why she was so nasty

I've been having many issues lately with this restaurant. Either stuff is burnt, cold, hardly anything on the pizzas or things aren't made like they are supposed to. This time I ordered a Buffalo chicken melt, it came as only chicken, onions and cheese. Zero Buffalo sauce in it. It's also supposed to come with a side of Buffalo sauce, which was also missing. Their quality isn't no where near decent for their price.
This app is the most inconvenient app I've ever dealt with. It shouldn't take an hour or longer to order anything. Especially a free pizza that I earned from my rewards. You are going to lose customers to your competitors because of this. Please fix your app. Thank you.

Today January 4 the person who answer the phone for take the order was so talking not Nice,, ,,
I don't order from here often because of problems with my last visit, but I decided to give it another chance because it was closer than my usual store. I wait at the counter for 10 min just to pay for my food that was already done, while employee walking around eating . I was scared to get out my car because of the numerous people running up to the car asking for money. Didn't feel safe at all. However the inside area was clean.I get home to my food and despite me ordering 3xtra toppings my pizza probably have 5 pieces of bacon and 10 pieces of mushrooms on the entire pizza. And my pizza melt wasn't nothing but cheese and bread . I ordered extra and received none basically and my wings were dry with barely any sauce.I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience at this location I wouldn't recommend it nor will I return to this location.
