The customer service was not the best. The manager was talking to the employee as she was talking to me and had to ask me my name twice. Because she was all into their conversation and forgot my name. The pizza is better than the flatzz. The flazz really didn't have flavor.

Pizza Hut is my go-to on the days I don't feel like cooking I'll place an order. Usually once a week and I have never had any problems. The food is always hot & delicious, plus delivery time is away fast and our drivers have been very friendly and respectful!!

We live right around the corner from Pizza Hut on Boone Trail so I usually go and pick up our order. They always have it ready and are very friendly. I use the Pizza Hut app to place our orders and never have any problems. Occasionally I will order extra sauce and it will be distributed unevenly on the pizza, but I’m nitpicking, lol. We love our Boone Trail Pizza Hut!!
