The pizza is better here. The staff is nicer. Ive had no complaints from this establishment that havent been immediately corrected. Good people make good pizza. This is our favorite pizza hut.
Food is great and the price is better than most places. I only had one issue with my online order out of hundreds in the past two decades and it was quickly resolved with a $25 credit way back in 2011 that enabled me to get two large meatlover pan pizzas. I have ordered pizzas from the Hope Mills, Raeford and 71st, S. Reilly, and Boone Trail.

The family dinner box pizza was horrible. They have changed their recipe. My people in Tennessee didn't change the Pizza Hut recipes and they have better Pizza. I won't order them again.

I order 4 tavern pizza and when I got them I realized they weren’t tavern pizzas due to the crust so I tried to called and my number got declined twice and then called off my husbands phone and they answered and explained that I got charged for the tavern pizza but didn’t receive the tavern pizza and they gaslit me the whole time to then tell me I couldn’t get the general managers number to help correct the situation my recommendation Fayetteville is to go to the hope mills location they always have everything on point and excellent customer service skills
