What’s customer service anymore? Management here acts untouchable. I called to see what could be done about my condiments that weren’t included although paid for. The “manager” was very condescending and Demeaning Before hanging up. It was really the principal but also charging $1 for every condiment can get pricey. At least refund the customer- oh, and perhaps apologize for the inconvenience? Smh. Store location: 2116 Ceder Creek FAYETTEVille - ordered on 7/11 at 7:38p and spent $40 with them.

Great service friendly delivery driver food came on time but biting into my pizza and pulling a piece of hair out of my mouth was definitely not what I expected please please please I can’t stress this enough if you work in the food business please either wear a hair net or maintain your hair this is extremely unsanitary I will not be ordering from here again and don’t recommend anyone else does until this problem is fixed

First and foremost I ordered my food via pizza hut app not doordash I despise doordash second I ordered boneless wings with burning hot flavor not dry wings there was barely any sauce on the wings

We had a legitimate issue with the app and did not get what we paid for. When we called the store, they were rude, condescending, and refused to do anything saying they don’t have anything to do with the app. That’s a poor business model. Lost our business.
