Went 10/22/25 to place an order & was told I couldn't add sausage. If I wanted to do so I would have to order on line. I spoke with a white girl at the front. She was rude, dismissive, snappy & not accommodating. I would think you want to make a sale. I will never go to that location again. I see why it was empty inside & the parking lot. If you have people like her working there. You will lose business.

My whole meal I ordered was amazing. I got a medium veggie pizza, breadsticks and a brownie. I have to say the veggie pizza was the best one I have ever had. The delivery driver was very kind as well.

It's been a while since I found a Pizza Hut with an active dining room, so I was excited to come across this one. It was lunchtime, so I opted for the buffet. For almost an hour, me and one other person had the entire dining room to ourselves. Even so, the restaurant still provided us with a full buffet, so I went a little wild. Even though I like dining out, I don't necessarily like the crowds, so it was a perfect experience from my perspective.

This place has a very small buffet for lunch for 10.99 plus drinks. The service is so-so and the place is older. But not a bad choice for pizza. Has a drive thru and up close parking at door and they deliver.

Did a mobile order here when they had a promo deal going on. I arrived to pick up my order at the time that my app said it would be ready. However, when I asked for my order, they informed me that they were backed up and it would be another 45 min. I said fine and stepped out and went to run some errands nearby, returned like 55 min later to then be told I had to wait 1 hour more. I ended up canceling my order when I was told that my order had not even been started. This is the thing if you already know that you will be slammed due to this promo, why not be prepared in advance by having enough employees to handle the orders coming in? There is most definitely a lack of organization here. Not to mention that while I was waiting on line, my shoes kept getting stuck on the carpet, and that really grossed me out. Seems like they are lacking in the cleanliness department as well. Had to wash my shoes because once I left my shoes kept sticking to the ground. Not returning to this location.

This Pizza Hut is really going down hill with how they make pizzas it’s not about putting out a good product it’s all about just getting the food out. I ordered the pizza melt like I do sometimes because there pizzas are terrible to me, but this time the cook never put any cheese inside the melt which is crazy it’s like forgetting to put cheese on a pizza who does that. Then I called to tell them about it and he said he would talk to the cook about it, no you should send him home for things that shouldn’t be a mistake. When will managers and owners hold the people accountable for not doing there job. He said he would me a credit for it but really he should of sent another one out and give me a credit for that dumb mistake anyway, forget to put cheese on a pizza product got to be smarter then a fifth grader for real.

I ordered the cheesy bites pizza and it was delicious and the service was fast. The only problem was I got home and didn’t have the 3 sauces that’s advertised on the circular. Went back the next day to get the sauces and was told by management that they don’t give out the sauces unless you ask for them so make sure you ask for your sauces.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in decades... seriously. Last time was when I was a teenager lol I wanted stuffed crust pizza since I've never had one, so I took advantage of their special offer which was a better bargain than Marco's and Domino's stuffed crust offerings. I placed my order online: one large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, and extra Italian sausage (I LOVE Italian sausage) and one large pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Arrived there about 20 minutes after placing the order online. When I walked in the restaurant I noticed a strong bleach smell, which was a little off-putting, but okay at least they're clean lol This was on a Saturday during lunch so there was no pizza buffet going on. The lady at the cash register was very nice and friendly and immediately brought me my pizzas and asked me to check my pizzas to make sure they're correct. The second pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms actually had Italian sausage on it too. I pointed that out out to the lady at the cash register and she apologized and said she can make another one. I didn't want to burden her staff to make another pizza since she was so nice and I didn't want them to have a pizza that had to discard and waste so I told her it was okay and I can just pick out the Italian sausage (and put it on the other pizza lol). So the point of this entire review is to say that both pizzas were cooked to perfection! The crust was perfect, the pizza sauce amount was perfect, the cheese was perfect, the toppings were perfect, and most of all, the reason I went there, the stuffed crust was absolutely amazing! The stuffed crust was perfectly salty, melty, and stretchy. I'm pretty weird because I only eat the toppings of pizzas and never the bread. But in this case I ate all of the stuffed crusts lol I am very impressed and will definitely be back! Thank you Pizza Hut Ramsey Street!
