9/9/25 Service here is terrible and extremely slow no matter what method you order. This location is known to mess up orders and/or forget parts of your order- hence I stopped coming here. Turns out You have to come inside a physical store to place an order in order to use a online promo code because Pizza Hut app has some disconnection with promo codes from companies that they partner with -they work absolutely fine in Pizza Hut app but somehow not in the Pizza Hut store. So I Placed the order on the phone as I was otw- quoted “15min” and come inside after 30min and 1 little flat cheese bread is not ready ? Called 716 and left 749p. You need to hired enough staff to handle your service area efficiently. 1 manager and 1 staff isn’t working at night-This is one of the rare few original hut buildings. The wait times are extremely absurd when placing online. I literally only ordered this because the coupon. I’ve wasted close to an hour between 2 pizza huts. The flatbread was good (a flat pizza) but honestly I wouldn’t pay over 5$- you can get a medium pizza somewhere for 6.99.

This was the second time I ordered pizza and the instructions were not followed. I asked for extra sauce, I’ll even pay for it! I ate cardboard (it was thin crust pizza). I guess next time I’ll have to lift the top of a slice and make sure. Because they sure didn’t answer the phone when I got home.
Parking: They have remodeled and you can dine in now. Plenty of parking .

This is a nice Pizza Hut, the staff at thr drive thru window are always friendly, and this is my usual go to location, but lately the pizza has either been slightly cold or damaged like someone took a piece off for a snack. I’m not sure if there was a staffing change in the last 4-5 months or what but it has affected the quality of pizza being served.
Vegetarian options: Pizza can be made vegetarian, my only concern would be any cross contamination with the meat and veggies.
First issue was the group of teenagers playing in the back of the restaurant, wasn't a big deal since we were picking up. Nobody was at the counter when I entered. My food was just on the counter and when someone finally appeared I was told I had to wait to be checked out. After waiting like 10mins the cashier never appeared, I left the food and store. My spouse watched a female employee blow her nose and touch a food container and then took it to what looked like a fridge. I will never go to this place again.

Two female employees dressed as witches on Halloween had angry demeanors and appeared to be overwhelmed with the volume of orders...the busier they got the more rude they became, going out of their way not to hand me my order even after it was boxed. They turned my request to move my order to the pick up counter into a "nightmare" rather than displaying customer service and kindness! Not even if it was the last pizza place on the planet would I eat here! I will spare Pizza Hut's reputation and not reveal my full experience on this platform. However, a corporate complaint will be filed.

We experienced an issue with delivery yesterday for our families Halloween Party. Amber and the crew worked really hard to make it right! She had our order remade and she was able to get us our order hot and fresh. She then went over and beyond by giving me a courtesy call to let me know that my delivery would be there soon! I just wanted this team to know how grateful I was for their service. I am hoping that Amber is a manager, and if not she needs to be one! If she is, that girl deserves a raise!
Pizza undercooked and not made to standard. This place is a sham to all pizza huts

Order online went through drive through. Smal mix up in my order but they corrected the mistake. No harm no foul. Sat in parking lot and enjoyed my meal with the family. The food was good recommend the wings.

Ordered delivery & the food was not prepared well whatsoever. No buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. Pepperoni lovers pizza did not have enough pepperoni for it being named “pepperoni lovers pizza”. Breadsticks weren’t even cut - just a block of bread. I had to use my own pizza cuter at home to cut them. The bbq wings we got - half of them weren’t covered in sauce. Spent over $60 just to be unsatisfied with every part of our order. Highly disappointed in the quality of care we received with our order from Pizza hut.
