Absolutely horrible service. Placed the order on the app the app said the order was ready. Go to the drive thru to try and get the order ans 2 employees were standing out looking at us. We sat there for 10 minutes before I called to get service. Guy finally came to the window to tell us it's not ready yet. Been 15 minutes and still no food.

Did a internet order on 9/6/2024 pulled into pick up line wrapped around building no one on window. Wait 20 minutes go inside. Bunch of grub hub and Uber eats people inside. Ask about order which it said was ready 40 minutes ago kid barely spoke English, asked another employee after about 5 more minutes he acted like he didn't hear me. Call out to manager him and delivery drivers too busy giving Uber eats drivers their orders to pay attention to actual costumer after waiting a hour and 10 minutes I called manager to give me a dayum refund he says "your order is actually next to go in the oven" I been waiting a hour and 10 minutes AFTER website tracker says order is ready give me my refund! Manager makes some excuse about it's just him and 2 other guys(not mentioning his 2 delivery drivers). Got 2 delivery drivers going back and forth and one of the cooks was standing outside when I pulled up.HORRIBLE service.I could have went to food Lion bought the ingredients AND cooked the pizzas myself.

Our order got messed up, there was an issue with the delivery driver. The manager called and explained the order was being remade (Doordash driver stole it), they got a new driver to deliver it, and we got a refund (we tipped the driver). The manager was very kind and very informative. They handled the issue in a timely manner and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend their chicken Alfredo pasta bowl, it's my favorite (though I do miss the bread bowls lol)

Order didn't have the toppings it was supposed to come with in our big box. We ordered the pesto margarita pizza and it didn't have any pesto. Bread sticks were missing marinara sauce and the build your own had very little chicken. Super doughy and tasted like chemicals. Mild buffalo sauce was mostly vinegar. Overall, not impressed.

Foid was 45 min late. When I called to check on it, was hung up on the 1st time. Then my order disappeared from my app as if it was delivered. We were about to order from somewhere else when the doorbell rang with our order. The wings were nasty and made me gag. The pizza was ok. But not as I ordered. This location is a mess. I wouldn't trust them with my food again.

I then called to check if they received me order and was put on hold for 25min, which is what the estimated time of delivery. Hung up and called again for them to tell me that they never received my order. I was then told to call the help desk, twice, because the 1st time it hung up on me. 2nd time I was told by automation that they have no one to take my calls. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges since I am never getting my order. I honestly tried to give them a chance but it's very rare that I ever order here and without any problems.
