ANTWANITA, the unprofessional delivery driver, completely ruined our pizza due to dropping our order and not even telling us until I called her confronting her and she laughed explaining what happened. Pizza Hut did great job fixing the issue and as always their food was great and employees/manager were so polite. But little Miss ANTWANITA clearly doesn't care about customers orders, being honest upfront, and thinks destroying orders after dropping them is funny. If you see her name as your delivery driver, check out before she leaves to ensure she didn't mess with your order.

9/9/25 There’s always something wrong here when ordering online/app. If it’s not menu items online “not available in store” , it’s some other problem with their computer, or slow service, missing items, incorrect/poorly made items- so I stopped coming here. *now after a year I ordered today & cancelled- not worth the hassle & never again. Turns out You have to come inside a physical store to place an order in order to use a online promo code because Pizza Hut app has some disconnection with promo codes from companies that they partner with -they work absolutely fine in Pizza Hut app but somehow not in the Pizza Hut store. Some complicated process having to refund, what i paid in app bcuz the “order is not paid”. they didn’t make the order anyway I literally only ordered this because the coupon. My money was taken but said pending. Why would I not want a receipt showing it’s canceled when you “couldn’t see it was paid in your sys”. I decided to go to another Pizza Hut and start over and they had a diff process that still wasted time but there was no “refund” needed. I wasted close to an hour between 2 pizza huts <10min from ea other.

I came with my husband today and suddenly I want to use the bathroom very badly because of my period. I just asked a male staff there to request to use the bathroom amd He said no. Such bad one. They may help to the customer or a kids who are in emergency situation. I just want to post this to the owner or the administrator to teach kindness to their staff.

The cashier was so nice and easy going. The place was clean. Everyone was friendly. I like that pizza hut.
I got pizza and breadsticks from here today, and it was the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. Other locations typically undercook the pizza and under-season the breadsticks but here, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. 10/10 would recommend
the pizza had no flavor. genuinely disappointed. especially since I was go to bat for Pizza hut and say how much better I think they are then Dominos or Papa John's. I could have a gotten a frozen pizza with more taste. such a shame.

It's such a mixed bag experience. There is a huge discrepancy between the service provided in the day vs the night. Tends to run very smoothly when the slim guy with glasses is running the show (believe he is the night manager) with absolutely great customer service and timely orders but the food is almost NEVER ready on time when it's the short older man running the show in the daytime (believe he is the day manager) and customer service is nonexistent. While one manager greets me every time I come in and let's me know about the order I'm picking up promptly, the other manager literally looks at me and sits in the back for a long time as if he doesn't want to speak. I'd recommend this restaurant at night only.
