It's such a mixed bag experience. There is a huge discrepancy between the service provided in the day vs the night. Tends to run very smoothly when the slim guy with glasses is running the show (believe he is the night manager) with absolutely great customer service and timely orders but the food is almost NEVER ready on time when it's the short older man running the show in the daytime (believe he is the day manager) and customer service is nonexistent. While one manager greets me every time I come in and let's me know about the order I'm picking up promptly, the other manager literally looks at me and sits in the back for a long time as if he doesn't want to speak. I'd recommend this restaurant at night only.

Get the New Yorker large with spicy sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni and jalapenos, with a hand tossed crust! Hands down, the best pizza. Cut into 6 large slices, delivered HOT! Best pizza on the menu, hands down♡

Worst pizza I've ever had. We order 3 pizzas 2 Pepperoni 1 cheese bread sticks and cinnamon buns. We got light sauce on the pizzas, and I don't know if that pissed them of because they did light everything. It was literally a bread pizza. Not enough cheese to cover a single slice, 2 pieces of Pepperoni on each slice, it was absolutely horrible. Because my family was starving and it take and hr to get your pizza they ate it. Best believe we can not spend our money there again after that though. Bread sticks were fine so was cheese pizza atleast.

Better check your pizza before you leave the store. Ordered a meat lovers, didn’t check it until I was home then learned they only put hamburger meat and left out all the other meat lover meats.

I been calling back up there since I got my order and no answer. I am beyond pissed but I feel if I go up there now I’ll probably do something crazy because they have no respect. My whole order was bad the cinnamon buns was super hard and my boneless wings cold and not even the flavor I asked for and my pizza was tossed around like he went through a race track to get to my house and the texture of the pizza was like cardboard didn’t know why it seemed like it’s been sitting all day even though it didn’t take long to get here it just wasn’t cooked properly . I wanted a refund but I didn’t get an answer still. I feel cheated out of 50 dollars and could not even eat anything but the boneless wings wrong flavor these are bbq I wanted lemon pepper crazy part I had to leave and go to the cook out to eat. I’ll never eat here again
My husband ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. We ask for them to well done and for the second time we ordered, the crust was really soft and mushy. We ordered bread sticks, they were cold and not even cut! Then they ask if you want to tip....well if you deserved it we would! Boone Trail Pizza Hut location

This place is only great at night. Anytime I’m greeted at night it’s with professionalism with a dash of humor. I watch employees clean the store as well as getting orders done. Although when I come in the morning the spirit is always so dull, that could because nothing happens in the morning but I don’t know. Overall great night staff , hopefully compensated for their efforts!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The food was excellent, our orders arrived on time and customer service over the phone was wonderful. We ordered 2 weeks in a row for a school event, Mr. Ed and Debra were so accommodating and professional.

It's clean and quick honest service. The guys are always pleasant and professional. The lady manager runs a very tight ship so, my food is always right even when she isn't there. I don't know if anyone else is a manager but I appreciate them all.
