We did the lunch buffet. When we got there little bit of pizza out and bread sticks sauce was cold. We kept watching for pizza to come out for a hour. 2 pizza came out for out 15 or 16 people. Gone first 5 people. No bread sticks or anything else came out For over a hour.We ran of time to wait. When asked at the register ashley said we have a big school order. That's not my problem we are paying customers to. you had un happycustomers. Also3 different couples came in and walked out. She got a attitude because I asked. Sad when u go out to lunch and pay . You have to go somewhere else to actually get food. No stars at all . Really went down hill.

I miss the turn it was kind of confusing I thought they would have their own turn off of the main street but you go in by the Dunkin entrance. But the guy working there was really nice and helpful. And the food was fresh. It's hard to find a good Pizza Hut now. But this one was good I'm happy.

Tried to order two medium pizzas and some wings for my kid’s birthday, only for them to mark the pizza delivered. I had to reach out to the store where they not only lied about calling and leaving a voicemail, as I had no missed calls or a voicemail; but they tried to offer to REDELIVER said, probably cold, pizza at an additional charge.
Won’t EVER use them again! We ended up just going to bojangles.

Yesterday evening, I placed an online order for six pizzas to be picked up in two days. To my pleasant surprise, two of the pizzas were free due to the points I had accumulated. Today, with a 10-year-old birthday party in mind, I decided to call Pizza Hut to confirm the details of my order.
After speaking with a girl for about 10 minutes, it became apparent that my order could not be located in their system. I was put on hold and when she returned, she asked if I wanted to place a new order. I explained that I was calling to follow up on the order I had already placed. It was then that Gloria, the assistant manager, stepped in.
Gloria was an absolute gem, displaying a level of kindness and patience rarely seen in the food industry. She diligently worked with me over the phone, trying to track down my order as it was nowhere to be found in their computer system. Despite my showing proof of the order on my app, the issue remained unresolved. Gloria went above and beyond by offering her personal contact information so I could send her the details directly.
Although the problem persisted, Gloria assured me that she would straighten everything out if I called back in the morning. She also provided me with a number to address the points discrepancy. Her genuine concern and dedication to customer service were truly commendable.
I sincerely hope that Gloria's exceptional service is recognized by her superiors. She is an assistant manager at the Bragg Boulevard Pizza Hut and her name is Gloria. If anyone deserves a raise or recognition, it is her.

Went into this location to sit down and eat. Ordered my food and asked if they could make sure it's the same price as the website. If this manager is working I will not go back into this location. He'd rather spend his time working the drive thru.
