Walked in trying to get something quick for dinner before the storm hit. One worker was in his phone and the other worker was busy but not with anything that couldn’t be picked back up after taking care of a customer. Both workers gave me a quick glance but neither one greeted me or asked how they could help me. I waited about two minutes and then walked out because clearly customer service is not a priority in this establishment.

Rude manager. Left the same pizza on the buffet for 30 minutes. I asked for a fresh pizza to be made and I was never informed about it coming out. Everyone else took all of pizza. She also argued back at me. Very unprofessional. They made me another one and the guy working yelled out to let me know that a fresh pizza was coming out.

Started work here October 2022 and ended work here November 12,2022. The ones that get reasonable hours are the ones close to the Management. They will short you on your tips and ignore you when you question why until you ask about it in the open. I've worked many delivery positions and never had to leave due to not getting my tips and mileage owed to me. I will never ever work for pizza hut again worse job I've ever worked at. This was Pizza Hut in Bragg Blvd.

Ordered a Pizza for delivery and it arrived 4 hours late, cold. Called for a refund and was given excuses about why they “HAD” to contract DoorDash to deliver and therefore couldn’t process the refund.If your store doesn’t have drivers, you contract it out, and they fail to deliver, that’s not on the customer.

Got what I would expect from this pizza hut however I do miss the Pizza Huts from when I was a kid and it was a great sit-down restaurant. The world does not seem to be getting better just more convenient for lazy people.

Pizza didn't look as appetizing as the pictures made it look. Ordered the dinner box. Breadsticks was just a big rectangle with too much seasoning; cinnamon sticks look like french toast sticks with the crust, and pizza was a little too greasy. Probably not gonna order from any pizza hut again.

ordered chix wings and medium thin crust supreme with extra cheese and black olives. the pizza came, no olives, no extra cheese, and no italian sausage which I picked. Pizza was also cold. Wings were good.

They’ve started using DoorDash to complete their delivery orders, which means if your DoorDasher never delivers your food like they did to me, you have to call DoorDash itself rather than the actual store to get a refund or anything done at all. Do not order here if you value your money and time, just use a different store or order Dominos.
