Deno's Pizza Palace

I have rediscover Pizza Palace, that little Italian restaurant that's close to the intersection of Hope Mills Rd & Raeford Rd First up, the building is older and the back section needs better ventilation. It became stuffy when it filled up with customers. But there's plenty of seating with large tables for bigger groups in the middle of the room. We arrived before the church crowd so we had plenty of tables to pick from. The place filled up as we were finishing up. It looked like many of the people eating were regulars but we felt just as welcomed. The wait staff was on point! Shout out to Tammie who waited on us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She's definitely asset to the restaurant and we appreciated her so much. We had garlic bread as our appetizer and I could have taken shots of their marinara sauce. It was so delicious. My lasagna came with a salad & they have several house made dressings. Yes..get the ranch! My lasagna was very good, cheesy and saucy. I can't wait to take the leftovers for lunch tomorrow (if it makes it through the night). Daughter ordered a child's cheese pizza which she enjoyed. I included a picture of it so you could see the size of it. Hubby ordered the calzone which was huge! He really loved it especially when he dipped it in the cup of ranch. Overall, great meal from a classic Fayettville locally owned restaurant.

It's hard to pick which food to get because its all great. So get one of everything on the menu.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, kids spaghetti, garlic bread, and a calzone for drive thru pick up. Staff was very friendly. I asked about the “included drink w/kids meal” and they told me that isn’t included with takeout. Cool! I get home and my calzone (ham and banana peppers) is literally a banana pepper calzone with a dash of cheese and ham. My wife and I went last evening for supper with two other couples. Each of us happened to get something different from American dinners of porkchops and flounder plate to more Italian offerings like spaghetti, beef cannelloni and eggplant parmesan. Without exception everyone was pleased with the quality and quantity of their meals, The service could not have been better; our server was attentive with personality and she was a component of our enjoyable evening with friends.

I came in today to pick up an order. I’ve eaten here before and really liked the food. I noticed that they had a scripture from 1Peter written at the front on a sign welcoming people back inside the restaurant. Then I heard the female employees behind the register talking about personal issues that didn’t have to deal with work, and one girl in particular was cussing and dropping f-bombs loud enough that the two ladies dining in the dining room, and I, could hear her very clearly. At no point did anyone from management come out and tell her to stop. I can hear the people in the kitchen talking too, so I know they can hear her. If you’re going to post scripture in your restaurant, you should really hold your employees to a higher standard. Nobody wants to come in here and hear your employees problems and untamed mouths. Poor experience.

Love the pizza here. The place is almost always busy, but you still receive great service.

Pizza Hut all you can eat buffet, opens at 11 and the bar wasn't ready by noon.

Service was friendly and quick. Buffalo wings were basically just fried chicken, although they were good don’t expect a great wing. Pizza was good, large portions and cheesy just the way we like it. Steak and cheese sandwich was a large portion as well, bread was fresh, and full of steak.

Pizza Palace is at the top of my favorite restaurants list. I have ordered numerous items off their menu and I have zero complaints. The food is always amazing, pleasant staff and prompt service. They have been around since the 80s and they definitely exhibit all of the key elements needed to operate a successful and consist restaurant.The grilled chicken salad is on my list of things to get at least once a week and the lasagna is awesome.

Have been going there for many years for launch and dinner and have really enjoyed the food. All of the food he serves is fresh has high quality and is consistent Great foods to taste are pizza,lasagna , hamburger steak,subs and salads It is a great place for family .Atmosphere and service is very good and people are friendly .

Great selections, great Italian food, family friendly, and fantastic and reliable service. One of my family's favorite place to eat. Prices are good and a wide range of Italian food is available.

I must say this was probably the best lasagna i have EVER had. The sauce was amazing and the service was great. Our kids shared a pizza that they really enjoyed. I WILL return again.
