I’m in the restaurant typing this review. The service is a noxious. I was told my order takes 30-45 minutes to make. I live 30 minutes away . And I gave time before leaving my house. I’m here just to wait another 30 minutes. The staff are rude and oblivious to any requests regarding your order. Almost as if they don’t want to make it. I have never had such service at an establishment. I feel as though these workers would spit in your food because you cannot see them making it behind this closet thing they have up . I will not be returning here and I will take my business elsewhere . Officially .

The staff is super friendly and informative. This was my first time trying some of the Fufu. This item is better with soup or as a side dish. I have always been met with a smiling face and offers of other items, I do plan to try some one day. Everything looks delicious, I’m just addicted to the yam fufu for now.

The people are decent but the food prices have gone way up since they started and the portions are much smaller now. I know about inflation but it feels like a rip off now for the amount of food you get for the price. Also, I'm disappointed that they don't have cassava leaf dishes. Atmosphere is decent as well. Any plate for $20 your stomach should be full. And not just off of rice or starch.

I don’t know where to start with this one, but it ended with me eating some ramen from Walmart. My server was very friendly but misleading. I asked if the “beef” was cut steak , I guess there’s a language barrier . I swear to you I couldn’t chew through it. I ultimately paid 20+ for some rice that lack flavor. I expected more.

Ordered futu and egusi soup, it is completely burnt. Called and the lady told me to bring it back tomorrow and it is a little scorched and should be alright. Ma'am burnt is burnt and it can be tasted throughout, I can't eat this. I will never order again and can completely understand why your rating is a 3.9. Man and I was so excited!

Located in a nice spot! Easy to get to!
First time trying pounded yams & egusi stew, let me put you on something cause this was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked very well with a lot of flavor, pounded yams taste like a mixture of sour dough bread and mashed potatoes, I very much enjoyed it! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you to the ladies in the kitchen❤️❤️

My first time at the location and I’m very disappointed. The jollof rice was scorched….you could smell the burnt smell when you opened the box. The plantains were not sweet, and the beef was tough. I live twenty minutes away so I tried calling once I got home but to no avail. 0/10 DONOT Recommend!!!!!! $21 dollars down the drain. Two spoonfuls then in the trash it went☹️……. I finally got in touch with the manager and she was very nice over the phone was apologetic and explained they cook there rice with charcoal to give it a Smokey flavor and the plantains she said we’re not a ripe batch. She still didn’t offer a refund or credit toward next visit, which I probably won’t go back.

If I could rate zero I would I am a doordash driver I arrived at the restaurant while there where no customers and yet somehow they told me it would be a 30 minute wait for the order. No wonder this place is always empty the employees don't care so why should the customer when there are multiple better places to dine at

The place, Pointone has a pleasant, inviting, but peaceful atmosphere. The meat pies are delicious. The fried plantains are sweet, and cooked just right.
We also had the okra stew, with chicken, pounded yam. Myhusband had the joloof rice with beef. Overall, we would give our our dishes a 3+. However, every dish is so overpriced. I would not patron or recommend.
