I didn’t intend to go here, I was going to go to Mochi but seen this place had boba. I am SO glad I decided to come here! The taro boba is so good! It’s been so hard to find good taro. I got the California bowl, didn’t take a before picture sorry. But it’s absolutely delicious! So extremely satisfied! The price was more than I would have liked but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be back.

I've come here a bunch of times over the last year and I've always had a great experience...until today. No issues with the food itself, but the guy who prepared my bowl and rang me up (receipt says Josh, but he wasnt wearing a nameplate) was extremely rude. I came in after the lunch rush, in a great mood, and left feeling pissed/frustrated. I maintained being polite the whole time, saying please with every request and thank you, yet he continued to be rude. I understand everyone has a bad day here and there, but you don't need to take it out on the customer. Don't think I'll be making my way back there for lunch if that guy is still around...everyone else there I've never had an issue with.

I got a dragon roll and spicy tuna roll both were delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the staff is nice. I’ll definitely be back. The picture is missing a piece of each roll because I already took a bite.

Whenever my partner and I come into town, we always like to stop by Poki Bowl for two poke bowls and two bobas. We’ve been coming here for two years and will continue coming.
Is it expensive? Sure, in comparison to some places. However in our opinion the price is worth it! It’s fresh ingredients, a locally and woman owned business, owned by people of color, plus the owners are people who support the military through service. Why wouldn’t you want to support a local business like this? Its important to support businesses like this and help keep them in the community.
The owner is so friendly and the employees are nice. The place is super clean, easy to access and very welcoming. Theres something for everyone here. The food tastes great, large portions and fresh. If you like spicy food, like ACTUAL spicy food - then you’ll enjoy this place! & if you don’t like spicy food, that’s okay - they have non spicy food too. This is a great poke place and highly recommend it!
Food is pretty good and the space is very clean but the customer service is horrible. Everyone who works here has a bad attitude, the owner included. I’ve tried to give this spot a few chances but it’s been the same interaction each time. The staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them or are passive aggressive. The owner herself isn’t any better and I can’t really expect the employees to have good customer service skills when the owner shows none. I’m not giving anymore chances. The food isn’t worth the attitude and miserable environment.
