Placed order on the app and waited for over an hour for my food. Refund was refused, food was cold and they refused to remake it. Wasted more than just my money. I think it sat in the counter almost the entire time and they told me it was somebody else's. Worst experience I've ever had.

HUGE mistake by stopping here! First of all the outside of the building looks abandoned and the inside leaves a lot to be desired. No one seems to know exactly what’s going on and I waited 30 minutes for my all-white Family meal that still wasn’t correct! The young lady who took the order had NO clue, the one filling the order had NO clue and the manager was clearly frustrated with all of them! My food was just thrown in the bag; zero quality control! Not sure who owns this franchise, but it needs to CLOSE or switch ownership. I might continue to “love that chicken from Popeye’s” but definitely NOT at this location

The food was disgusting, chicken burnt and found a whole roach in the mashed potatoes!! Employees smelled strongly of Marijuana as they entered the building during shift change. I will never eat here again!! The manager offered a replacement.....nope I want my money back and never return ?

This has to be the worst Popeyes in history. Not only did we have to repeat the order 20 times, while the employees carried in an intriguing conversation. Come to find out they were outta chicken fingers, all sauce but bbq, and french fries. Seriously… hopefully it will take a u turn soon.

I ordered the Surf and Turf Tackle Box.I only got 2 chicken tenders and 3 shrimp.Picture shows way more food.I am very disappointed and will not return again.We also ordered a number 1, small sandwich a hard. Not Happy Right Now!
