Went to get my food they claimed my mobile order didn't go thru every last employee was high on drugs cause I watched 4 of them smoking a blunt in their car!!!! If you can't do your drugs and work choose one 66 dollars down the drain with no refund.
They fry some of best chicken in town…

Highly unprofessional and does not take accountability. Had us waiting in line for food for over 30 minutes with no indication prior to ordering that there would be a wait for food.

Never again! Chicken was not done all the way, and the few bites I did take before i noticed made me sick to my stomach within the hour. The employees were very nice though.

Didn't have selections for side orders available. Spicy chicken was dry like it had been cooked twice. This was a pickup of a biggie box. When we got home we discovered that our order was not what we requested. Part of the chicken we were to get was not in the box. Biscuit was so hard we could have played hockey with it.

Skibo Popeyes has become the worst Popeyes in the city. The customer service is terrible. The management is worst the staff, and everybody in there knows absolutely nothing. Between switching up orders, charging you $4.99 for Minute Maid lemonade out the fountain is ridiculous, running out of Red Beans and Rice, and not having hot sauce. 0/10

How do you guys somehow mess up every order? Doesnt the order come up on the screen so you can read? Why arent the managers checking the order before they go out? Also who gives someone 5 wings for an 8 piece meal?
