Folks are overwhelmed. Not enough folks to deal with the crowds. Coleslaw was spoiled. Didn't know that until I got home. The red beans and rice have no beans, just flavoring. The chicken was good and the staff tried to smile through those overworked faces. Much props to them.

The food is good as usual, but they need to stock more butterfly shrimp. The employees seem a little overwhelmed, considering the amount of customers, but they handle it well with good attitudes.

Didn't have selections for side orders available. Spicy chicken was dry like it had been cooked twice. This was a pickup of a biggie box. When we got home we discovered that our order was not what we requested. Part of the chicken we were to get was not in the box. Biscuit was so hard we could have played hockey with it.
