I LOVE the pretzels, but the person who waited on me was not very friendly. She was doing something at the counter behind the cash register, she then turned around walked up to the register and didn't even acknowledged me or say I'll be right back. She walked to the back and talked to the other person in the back. When she finally asked me what I wanted I could barely hear her.

These people are awful. Every time I go there there isn't hardly anything made. And the staff act like they don't care. I love the pretzels but the customer service is horrible. Nobody gives a crap about their job there. And I'm sick of it so probably not gonna go back ever.

Are you looking for quality of product? Do you expect customer satisfaction? Then don't go here! After having to explain my order over several time for the young individual to comprehend my complicated order ( 6 salted pretzels and 4 cheese dips ) i was forced to wait 15mins for my order when clearly there was salted pretzels in front of me simply because if you buy 3 you get 1 free so an order of 6 is actually 8 and they wanted to short me when the sign clearly shows this deal. After the long wait while others got their order I was actually given 5 salted and 3 I can only assume was something sweet on them. Poor communication skills and on top of all that, the waiting allowed me to see them reuse the parchment paper several times instead of using a new one? Please look elsewhere when looking for your pretzel fix.

I’m very disappointed that I went to Cross Creek Mall just to get some pretzel bites only to be told it’s to late to make more today. I got there at 6:50 and they close at 8:00. This isn’t the first time this has happen.

The girl working the counter yesterday clearly didn't want to be there. No hello, no what can I get for you, no can I get you anything else...Every time I asked for something she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. I struggled just to find out my total amount to pay, then she had the nerve to turn the screen around for a tip. Pretend like you want to be there and do your job, then you'll get tips.
