I debated whether to write a review, but decided to go ahead and review. I had called and inquired about prices and was advised. I ordered my item. When I get there to pickup my item it was $10+ more (1/3 more). I went ahead and purchased it - probably should not have. I also had not ordered from them in a while and did not find it to be as good as i rembered - very cheesy, but not very meaty. Just thought I would share.

It's mall pizza. Extremely floppy and greasy. Ask for it well done...wait for it to cool. Flavor is actually pretty good.
i dont know if i just came on a bad day but my slice was very dry and tough and just seemed like the food had been sitting out.

Best pizza in Fayetteville, reduced to only a mall spot. Their old restaurant on raeford road was Primo for sure, my daughter loved the mozzarella balls.

Okay so my problem was that I ordered 2 16in pies. 1 with just pepperoni, and 1 with pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños. I should have checked it before I left. I didn't cause I've never once had an issue. I repeated myself twice when ordering. I got 2 pies. 1 18in and 1 16in both with just pepperoni. I'm not sure that I paid for the extra toppings. That's not the point. The point is that my order was 2 kinds of messed up. Make sure you check your order even when never having a problem. What was the point of repeating myself 2 times if they were just gonna do whatever they wanted. The guy even wrote it down.
I remember when this place had its own restaurant it's own building they had very good food and a very good atmosphere times of change but the food is still great and the staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with any kind of questions you have regarding what you would order they have a good selection of all types of food besides just pizza and you're in the mall in the food court really great atmosphere.

I was craving Primos pizza, so decided to buy two slices. Before I could barely walk away from paying, they called for me to pick up my order. I've gone before and didn't think much of it, so I went to sit down with my friend. I was worn out, very tired. We bit our pizza and it was room temperature. Barely any warmth. No stretching of the cheese, nothing. I was too tired to complain, but this ruined my Primos craving. Due to this, I probably want get it again. If businesses only think about always offering quality food and service, it will only benefit you because it would make customers want to return and encourage others to go there. Don't water down such a great place with shoddy customer service.

Various drinks including tap beer while you wait for someone to finish shopping or to chill during a crazy rush. Big sliced pizza awaiting for you to chow down! Prices are a bit high but maybe it's for the cost of rent space
