They weren't super busy when I came in, but it took forever to get water. It also took forever to have my order taken. It took forever to get what I'm guessing is a snack while I waited forever to get my entree - the snack was crackers.
The waitress kept giving excuses - I didn't want excuses, I just wanted my food.

Lovely cute little restaurant, I had time to kill so found this on Google maps, relaxed and had some breakfast. The Hot chocolate was amazing!! Hope my server was lovely and she was awesome. Will definitely be going back.

Everything was great! The staff, the kitchen, cleanliness of the restaurant and parking lot. Even though the kitchen was short staffed the food came out hot and correct. The cooks were communicating and working very well together as we could see see through the service window. Only thing I could ask for is maybe better portion size, but the freshness of the food and you could tell most of the food was homemade. It was worth the price and we'll definitely be returning very soon.

It is a very welcoming place and its people are very warm, the style of food is very local, they have a menu made with liver that to lovers of this type of menu I think is the best. For home-cooked foodies, it's the place for them.

Tried the Friday special today and ordered it to go, got 2 soggy catfish fillets, a very small baked potato and a small container of coleslaw. They shorted me my hushpuppies and I didn't order a drink. Pretty pitiful for $15.00

Excellent food and service around 12:30 yesterday! We had a flounder/shrimp platter with fried okra, a porkchop plate with white rice, fried okra, a mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a salad and a chicken fried steak plate with double mashed potatoes and fried okra. The only complaint was the white rice. It was definitely instant rice. That's never appetizing. We're Filipino and know good rice. This wasn't it.
