I love their broth and fresh noodles that they make at the restaurant! Im from Japan and their ramen is real Japanese and I love it!! I always eat Paitan rich and it’s so good.

This place is pretty decent. Food was generally good, not great. Price was on point and the food portions were good value. If you're looking for a pretty ok place that won't wow your socks off nor disappoint, I'd recommend this place. Clean, pretty good taste/value, filling.

Nothing to write home about, go to Umami or Ichi Kaku instead. The Karage chicken was terrible, barely fried. The ramen was meh. Very underwhelming. Would not return.

Food here was amazing. However they only have two broths. Chicken and mushroom. Was hoping on beef broth. But nonetheless this ramen was delicious. Ask for the chili powder and oil.

Miso Ramen had almost no flavor and the beef was tough.

Had the worst food poisoning in my life after eating here. Do not order the pork rice bowl, you will be suffering for days and throwing up non stop. I have never experienced food poisoning so horrific.

Very poor communication on pricing and what was included in the base ramen

I ordered the miso ramen, and it did not disappoint! The broth was rich and flavorful, and I appreciated that they made it spicy upon request. For less than $13, it’s a great deal for a hearty and delicious bowl of ramen.
The only downside? The broth ladle they provided was absolutely massive—I’m convinced it was meant for cooking, not for an individual bowl. That said, the food itself was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be back!

We came in just before closing time and the staff was very accommodating. Really enjoyed the meal, looking forward to coming back.

The veg Spring rolls were good but the vegan ramen was bland and had weird seeds floating in it. I wish that they offered tofu buns. Miso Ramen Bar has spoiled me. Fayetteville is sorely in need of fresh and flavorful vegetarian ramen. The service and restaurant is fine: the food is the issue. Instant ramen tastes better.

This place is trash. This is the second time I came in here. First time me and my girl left cause we sat there for 10 minutes and no one came up to serve us even after telling us to sit wherever we’d like. Then this time, I came in, made eye contact with the server. She looked at me like I’m stupid. I sat down, waited 10 mins and finally went up to ask about service. She then makes me place my order at the counter, and makes me pay for my food before I even get it. I can understand if it’s not a sit down restaurant, everyone else has checks on the table yet I have to pay first? Absolute trash. I’m surprised this young lady even makes a living. 0/10 would not recommend. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Food was cold and bland af. Save your money.

this was our first time here and it was pretty good! the miso ramen was flavorful and super filling for only $13! i did order the chicken karage and pork bun for appetizers and both were good but i’ve personally had better karage at others where the batter is more crunchy. and i wished the buns came with two rather than one.
others got the rice bowls and poke bowl which were on the smaller end. still delicious though!
i would come here again just for the ramen! if you’re craving ramen, this place is not a bad choice!
