The waitress did her best for us but the kitchen needs to get it together. Every table waited at least 30 min for the biscuits because they weren't made and then the food took 75 min to come out. EVERY. TABLE. And it wasn't even that busy despite it being Mother's Day. When we finally left, there was a chef standing in the back, outside smoking a cigarette even though the kitchen was clearly backed up

Our experience was amazing. The server working today was Gabrielle H. Her customer service is on point and we didnât have to ask for anything. She was on it. Good to see people that still take pride in their jobs.

Oh wow where can I begin I have to start with our server her name was Nita she was so unfriendly from the time she came to our table until we left. She never checked on us never asked us would we like a refill on our drinks nothing. She was left a tip she didn't even say thank you. It amazes me how people work with the public but they have an attitude. Next the food was absolutely disgusting I ordered the fish n chips the batter was so thick I couldn't even find the cod inside the batter and it was greasy. My husband's lobster was super tough and they forgot his baked potato and for his salad they sent out honey mustard instead of thousand Island. My mother was also displeased with her meal as well. I will never visit this Red Lobster ever again $148.00 dollars worth of the most horrible experience ever. I will let all my family and friends know of your establishment this was so unacceptable.

I ordered a live lobster and it was cooked for 30 mins the time it takes to cook one live so I took it home cracked it open and it was slimy and undercooked I for days talked to the general manager Joseph and he promised me that he would fix it I never got the fix or anything he promised. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund after days of waiting.

How ghetto do you have to be to put âsorry we are closed will open up shortlyâ signs in the window at 12:50pm on a Friday?? We had just gotten them a long with another lady while we were in the parking lot a waitress came to the front and out the handmade signs on the front door and locked it. When we were leaving we called to see why they closed and the lady over the phone said âshe dk why they are closed her manager just told her to put the signs in the doorâ yâall need to do better cause I wanna know why randomly in the middle of the day did yâall lock us out when their were other cars kn the parking lot??

Soooo pleased with my food and service. I had a problem with the store manager( a woman) back in July 2022 and very inexperienced waitresses. Which I had no problem with everybody has to learn. But I decided to revisit and saw there was a new store manager and was very excited. Had a very wonderful experience, and gotta give my waitress Madison a shout out.

My waitress Madison was AMAZING!!! I told her she needs an academy to train other waitresses. I didn't have to ask her for anything. Not a refill on drinks or biscuits. We came January 28th 2025 around 4:30 pm. Sat in the bar area. I can't remember our servers name but she was working in the bar as our server. So sweet. Treated us like family. My Grand baby's favorite place to eat and he ate every bite of that meal. The drink was ours. So good.The restaurant was clean and comfortable .Food was great ,all three of our meals ,but our server was the best thing ,sorry I can't remember your name . I live in Spokane WA and we have a nice location but this server should train everyone. She is the reason why we will return for my next visit.naomi was our server. I had to update

Came on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. We were told it would be about a 10 minute wait, but it was almost 30, which wasnât a huge deal. They were literally out of half their menu, even sodas were out, werenât told any of this before being seated. But, we stayed because we had a function to get to, after ordering, the food took too long that we had to ask for our meal to-go. We were there for two hours with only bread, drinks, and salads. We paid and still had to wait for our food to come outâŠI ordered the surf and turf, but didnât realize that they didnât give me my lobster tail until after we had already left and didnât want to bother turning around, already being late to a function. If this is how they were running, I can see why this chain was going bankrupt.
First time coming here and will not be back.
