Compared to a few years ago, this was still a great experience overall from the food to the service. One small note: the tomatoes didn't seem fully ripe and were a bit sour. It didn't affect my dish, but it stood out since I cook often. I would definitely come back and would recommend using OpenTable to reserve in advance. There was a larger party that arrived around the same time and waited about 30 minutes or more. Even with a reservation, our table wasn't ready until about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Although, I can imagine if we didn't reserve table how much longer we would've waited.

My 1st time at this location was about 5 years back & it was a disaster! To my better judgement, I gave it a 2nd chance on 12/12/25 & was definitely not any better. Lets start with there was no front host when we walked in. Waited a while until an employee clocking in for work walked in, saw us & went back to get the host, so we can be seated. Our waitress, biscuits, shrimp appetizer & side salad were all amazing, but when it came to the entrees not so much. My husband said the fish was good with the New Orleans sauce, but his rice was half cooked & zero taste, plus his broccoli was way over cooked, it was mushy. I got the shrimp trio... the waltz shrimp tasted like it was frozen to microwave. The shrimp scampi was all butter, no scampi taste & over cooked (rubber texture), then the pasta in the shrimp alfredo was hard & crunchy around the edges all stuck together like it was old pasta & the middle was overcooked. The alfredo sauce was chunky (like spoiled milk), not creamy...completely disgusting. Couldn't eat it after the first bite. I did bring it to our waitresses attention, then she went in the back & the supervisor on duty came out but was not very interested in the complaint, picked up my plate and walked away. Not very friendly. The Fayetteville Red Lobster does NOT even compare in good food quality & great customer service, to any of the other Red lobsters we have visited in other states.

I am not from Fayetteville and this is the second time me and my girlfriend have tried to eat from here. Both times we had horrible service. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to seat us because everyone kept walking past the host stand. When we got sat the server didn't greet us but we saw her greeting other tables and introducing herself. She was checking on her other tables frequently made sure their food was okay and we only saw her when she dropped off our check and every other table of hers got biscuits and not us she kept telling us they were not ready. Truly felt like the server didn't want to serve us. I love red lobster and the food but because of the service both times I won't be going back.

Food was decent. Service was TERRIBLE. WE waited 20 min b4 our waiter arrived to our table, and only went downhill from there. He was slow, we ordered 1 appetizer and 2 salads, then we order our main course. We'll we got appetizer and then our main course and then our salad. Messed up our order.

Ate here for my grandsons birthday. It was a rather large group of people. We made reservations and where seated almost as soon as we arrived. No one ordered the same thing, and no one complained about their food. The service was great. The seating area was clean and neat. I ordered one of the new/newish boil bags. It was delicious. I ate every bite. While pricey, as expected for seafood, everyone received enough food to fill them up. Mid range drink selection. Only a few desserts, but delicious. Try the brownie overboard.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased! We stopped in here for an early dinner before heading to a local concert and from start to finish it was great. The service, the food, the attention we got, all good. I had the Admiral’s Feast and it was delicious. Glad to see this location is back to its high standards!

This is by far the worst Red Lobster experience I've had. Hot tea (lukewarm), food (warm), famous cheese biscuits (not so famous anymore). Biscuits (room temperature and no cheese). Mashed potatoes seemed old as the outer layer was stiff like it had been sitting out for awhile and shrimp scampi was sitting in melted butter with a sprinkle of garlic. Restaurant was just about empty (3-4 patrons) and it still took about 30 minutes to receive food. It has been over a year since I last visited and it will be a long time before I return.

Everything was amazing. Mary our server was very attentive and friendly and to top it off Mellisa the GM came by our table to greet us. It’s the small things like this and amazing customer service that makes a difference.

The waitress did her best for us but the kitchen needs to get it together. Every table waited at least 30 min for the biscuits because they weren't made and then the food took 75 min to come out. EVERY. TABLE. And it wasn't even that busy despite it being Mother's Day. When we finally left, there was a chef standing in the back, outside smoking a cigarette even though the kitchen was clearly backed up

Food was good once we got it. We were seated at our table for almost two hours before we got our food.
