Food is nothing to brag about. It's
Pretty basic. Bottomless frys and Mac and cheese is the kids favorite . Drinks are the best. Service has always been pleasant.

Matt out here doing what needs done crazy seeing him multitasking crazy like that taking care of multiple family's, dude needs a raise or some sort of employee of the month!

My daughter in law went at Noon today , March 11, 2025 and got an appetizer pretzel bites with cheese and a hamburger, I had a meal also!!! The cheese for the bites were scalding hot that my daughter now has blisters on roof of mouth!!! We asked for a manager and they said not one was available!!

You need to let patrons know that the cheese is scalding hot, not warm but freaking hot!!

Burgers were not well cooked. There was also something fried in my roasted Brussels sprouts dish. We think it was chicken but don't know. Our server wasn't concerned.

As the wait staff were tryna figure out who was getting the next big table, my daughter and I ordered bottomless garlic fries and never got the second order until we were about to leave, and they weren't even garlic just a order of reg fries spit between her and I. Lol. I'm not mad, but damn... first time I went to this place and will never spend that 247.19 for that kinda service again. Burger cold. Milk shake was on point. Sorry, pink hair, u tried, but I feel u were doing too much instead of tryna help ur big table.

Full disclosure, my husband and I didn't dine here. We walked in around 9pm and saw some red flags right off the bat (no host at the front, a bunch of dirty dishes and glassware sitting on the bar, etc.). The main one that made us turn around and leave was seeing a server stop at the front and stare straight ahead with her hands on her head as if she was having a minor panic attack. A few minutes later, we saw her sprint to the kitchen. It seemed like things were a mess in there and we didn't want to risk it so we left.

The burgers are delish. And the bottomless fries are fantastic. Also had the tower of onion rings, fresh, crispy and comes with sauces.

I took my grandchild here for their birthday and had to have the birthday song and ice cream sundae delivered. The best part of the night.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.

Dirty and slow

Normally I would rate this restaurant a 5, but this time my burger was under cooked and when they brought out a new one, it was taken to another table and put in their hands. The waitress then brought it from that table to give it to me. She said it was fine because they didn't do anything to it. I didn't have the patience to educate her that once it's in another person's hands/table it doesn't get served to another person.
The manager was very apologetic and nice, I ended up taking that off of my check because my grandkids were ready to leave.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant in 20 years. I would definitely still come back here to eat.
