Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Last night I just dined in with my husband. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered a margarita and a mojito — the worst drinks we’ve ever had. They asked us to choose a side for the burger, but they weren’t clear that it would be an extra charge. And finally, the burgers were not “gourmet” at all, plus they made us really sick 🤢.

We came to eat and left with all the feels! From door entry to exit it was such a positive experience. Our food took a little longer than expected. I’ve had SEVERAL customer service experiences this past week I’ve fought the urge to rant about. Various lackluster, disrespectful, courtesy-void, tragic encounters that left me utterly displeased. This would have just been one more.

Went to Red Robin Saturday night and had an excellent experience! And not just because the kitchen manager took accountability and came to our table (unprovoked) and comped our meal, but because from the door, it was pleasant. Entry to exit, I didn’t encounter anyone who hated their job, was ready to get off and it showed, who didn’t like their shift lead, etc…all things that are very apparent and can make a dining experience feel far less than pleasant. Food was hot and delicious. Space was clean. Red Robin, Ms. Tee -our server- got it right.

Just wanted to say publicly how well we were treated and how thankful I am to have canceled out the bad vibes I had all week.

If I'm craving a burger I go here! Always friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Amazing food and they make an incredible Sand in your shorts!! Highly recommended. Price $$$. Year after year I go on my birthday. Always a great place to go. Kids meals are very filling and the fries aren't the only things the are endless.

Best veterans day service made me feel good to eat there and see the veterans day decorations.

Haven't eaten here in Months due too Service..
Should have just stayed away and went to a Restaurant that has servers that listen to you and care about your Experience. When they say endless fries they mean it, what you get on your first plate that ends it...
We aske for another order of fries and asked if they could be warmer than the previous fries. Don't get me wrong what came out with our food was a little cool but we still ate them.
Two servers came and asked if we were ok and we repeated can we get some more fries and refills on drinks. We never seen any more fries come out to our table or refills on our drinks.
But it's fine to many other great establishments in town to think about going back to Red Robin in Fayetteville NC.

Came in for a birthday burger and sat at the bar. The service was awful, the single shot was almost $10, food was DRIPPING with grease (my bun was wet and soggy from it) and there was maybe 10 fries on my plate. I waited over 10 minutes for the bar tender while she talked to other employees and random people before i just asked for a box and paid on the kiosk and left. Would not recommend for the prices, portions, or staffing. Just overall not a great experience. Also not a child, no need for a bar tender to speak to me as a child.

The food was delicious. It was so much fun seeing the staff in costumes and decorating for Halloween.

We had take out. The food was delicious. I ordered the wedgie burger and it was delicious. The Scorpion Gourmet burger looked magnificent, and from what I am told, absolutely delicious. Also the tower of onion rings was very yummy. Thank you, Red Robin staff.
