Just tried this place for the first time yesterday. I will say they did NOT disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and you can tell is made with love. Everything was delicious and the portions were very generous. 5/5 all day long!
RicArepas is hands down one of my favorite spots. I have to go at least once a week. The Arepa Pabellón is packed with flavor and everything is made fresh / not frozen. And the flan? So good, you have to save room for it. But honestly, what keeps me coming back is the vibe. The service makes you feel like you’re having arepas at a family member’s house; warm, funny, and super thoughtful. One time I stepped out to my car and the server even covered my food with a napkin....

My husband ordered the bandeja paisa which was very flavorful. They forgot the sweet plantains on our plater but to be fair we did go 50 mins prior to closing so they probably forgot to add it or didn’t have any. However, that did not changed how delicious this plate was.
We also got a beef and cheese arepa and it was very tasteful and fulfilling. Their cilantro sauce was phenomenal.
